Alright so if you are here because you want to see photos (mostly of me camwhoring, or of recent hauls) than you have are stumbling across the wrong post and instead should have a look at my previous posts.. this update is dedicated solely upon my conflicting matters at work and of my indecisive nature of things...

I'm torn between two major decisions of my life at the moment and I don't know what to do. I currently work for a call center. I really don't like to mention it because its not the greatest job in the world. However a job is a job and it provides me with the sufficient income to allow myself to get by happily in life.. the only ~~problem~~ is that things have changed.. I really don't want to go into details but these drastic changes have sparked an anxiety inside of me that I do NOT like to feel.

Anxiety=Stress

The major thing is that it has caused me to think things over and see what exactly is available to me, as far as another job position goes.. I've been working at this job for almost two years (In July 2012 will be my 2 yr anniversary), although I like the people I work with, and the job isn't too hard itself.. however its this feeling inside of me that it will not be like the way it was just a week ago. I want to leave. I want to try something new.

The good news is that I might have a chance to work at the company that my sister works at. Its a different environment, pays more, and I would be learning new things. The position available is a receptionist job. I've always wanted a position as a receptionist. Its not that difficult and I have loads of experience with taking calls. But i find myself asking: Will i like this job? Will I regret leaving the job I currently have? I really am torn between these two things and I don't know what to do. *sigh* I think thats enough for my ramblings of my stressful thoughts..

A Road to Somewhere

I have neglected my blog for far too long. I trust everyone's weekend was delightful. Mine definitely was! I went to a Korean restaurant last night which was the major highlight of my weekend. The food was so good, and I would tell you what i ordered but I can't remember the names of the dishes we had :( However i did take pictures so prepare to start drooling!

It was so yummy! I loved the dish I ordered (which can be seen in the last photo with the sesame seeds on the beef). Vanessa ordered the soup thats in the first photo and Miguels order didn't come until later and I forgot to take a picture of :( But it was a very yummy order of sweet chicken. ^__^

Miguel pointed out the korean beer advertisement so I decided to take a picture of it >_>;

Our waitress was super sweet and cute! In case your in the Tampa area the restaurant is called "One Happy Karaoke Family Restaurant". The have a karaoke section upstairs but it was getting too late so we didn't check it out :/

So onto other events.. Miguel did spoil me a little bit yesterday afternoon and bought me a pair of Aldo ankle boots that were on sale XD Ahh I love him so much!!! Here are the boots I got:

I ended up choosing the black colored ones instead of the taupe. He also got me a watch that was on sale in UO and a $10 wallet:

I love all the gifts he got me ^__^ I'm a happy wife :) This will be my early Valentine's Day gift from my babu <3

As for myself, I've purchased quite a few things on my own but have been too lazy to make a little haul about it. However there is my polka dot chiffon blouse that I wore this week to work and took some pics in it:

The top two is of me in my new red lipstick (Red Addiction Matte by Lancome) and the bottom two are in my brand new shirt (taken in the bathroom at work lol)

I love how this red lipstick looks on me :D I've been wearing it here and there, but its too bold of a color to wear everyday. Think it looks nice for certain outfits. At least, thats my opinion.

Ombre hair Transformation

Hello my chicadees!!!! Happy Saturday Morning

I want to share with all you readers the new hair look I have. This trend is a little old now but I have been wanting it for a while now and with the help of nessa i was able to achieve it with some of her at home bleach kit she bought at Sally's. I put together a collage of the process and the finishing look:

The top left corner is of the actual middle part of my hair being bleached, the tips (as you can tell) were already bleached by the time I took that photo. Then the next photo shows the gradient affect that I wanted to get. The darkest to lightest In the last photo on the bottom right hand corner shows the difference in the hair color a lot!

I'm not going to lie, because the ends of my hair do feel really unhealthy and dry But hopefully with some more conditioning it will get better...

On other news, i did get a new layout provided by the lovely mochafrappes from blogskins. I love her layouts so much XD I'm not sure how long I'll keep this one, but we will see how it goes..
I have other photos to share, except that these are all cutesy photos i found on this app called MY365 and its photos by other users that I follow on that photo app.

Cute right? XD

I think I'll be making them my wallpaper/background on my phone

Black and White Bunnies

Hello lovelies! I just snapped some photos that I'd like to share on my blog:

The last one is a not so good close up off my face ~_~ I didn't edit it or anything and I have minimal make up on *o* I like the natural lighting that hit my hair and shows off the natural brown color in my hair ^_^
I was really looking forward to changing up my hair this weekend but things didn't work out :( However Vanessa said she got some bleach that works very well for the hair and she might experiment on my hair with it. I'm finally going to have my hair bleached. It's my first time so I'm a little iffy about it. But it had to happen sooner or later so meh..
Last night I did get some goodies at H&M but I'm too lazy to make a photo haul on it. Perhaps later.. the shirt i'm wearing is one of my new shirts from H&M Although you may not notice it has little bunnies on it. The pink ring you can see in the last photo is also from H&M :D And so are my new black bow flats

Happy New Year!!!

How did everyone enjoy their NYE/NY? I wish I could have enjoyed it to the fullest. However, Mr. Cold decided to visit me and ruin my whole week. *tear* Although I made up for all the sickness I experienced these past days with doing some online shopping today weeeee~~~~ Thats right a little bit of self indulgence is the thing to cure you right up lol (I'm being silly) Although I am happy with my purchases. I hate debating about things and then letting them sit in my wishlist forever (I'm bad with that) but I said "Hey, what the heck, I've paid off the bills I had too, school is about to start soon (which is going to be stressful), and I'll still have $ left over to survive until next paycheck". So I got myself these goodies:

This beautiful sheer blouse with the heart print is soon to be mine XD I've been eyeing it for MONTHS on NASTY GAL and I was really hoping for the "blush" color to be back in stock. It was exactly the same as this one except for the colors were the other way around. The color of the hearts are black and the rest was the pink-blush color. I wanted that color option because I have too many "dark" sheer blouses and not enough light colored ones. The only sad part is that they ran out of stock and, up until now, have not restocked in that color. So before the black one became unavailable, I decided what the heck its super cute, I'll get it in black ^__~ It was one of their least expensive items and it saddens me that they have to be so expensive (for my taste). I have about 20 items of NASTYGAL sitting in my Wishlist ,__,

Another item I purchased online was this korean iPhone case. Now I know that cocoroni's case failed me and I had ended up buying that case for $30 to have it last for about less than 3 months, but I found the same exact style on ebay today and I couldn't give it up. It was marked down too and the shipping was only $1 (and thats coming from Asia, so its a deal). I got it all for $7 and it looks like this:

I'm hoping this will last, and if not then I won't shed tears since it was less than $10 ^_______^

Another item I found (but I did not purchase) was these cute phone charms/straps and I really would have got them (along with the case) but the Shipping cost was too much for my liking:

I've been looking at other bloggers (especially popular asian ones) and they have such cute interesting blogs (makes me wish mine was popular). One of the blogs I follow: http://bongqiuqiu.blogspot.com/ said that her advice to a good blog is photos. Which brings me to my wishlist of things that I would love... a DSLR camera!! With tripod and maybe even lights for the perfect lighting (cause I'm too lazy to adjust all that on Photoshop). Set up my own little photoshoot studio in a little nook I can find in my apartment and LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTIOOOON!!! ... lol Well you get what I mean.. I think good quality (professional) looking photos are eye catchers. Especially if I take photos and do the OOTD tags and what not. Perhaps that would bring more viewers here and direct the attention to MOI. (I know, I'm sounding like such a camwhore, maybe because I am). Its time to be honest. I love photos, and I love people taking photos of me, well most importantly, I like when "certain" people photograph me. I would like to have my personal photographer LOL If not then a tripod, and a self timer would be my best friend ♥ ^___~ If only I can save up, or one paycheck just splurge on these goodies/necessities to take good self photos of myself and start making this blog a little bit more interesting... because just updates on my wishlists, hauls, and updates on my personal life, is not doing the trick. >:(

Maybe that will be one of my New Years resolution... make my blog more interesting with OOTD posts ^^

Snapeee

Hello everyone

It hasn't been that long since my last update, but i have to update on this awesome app that Vanessa told me about. Its called Snapeee and I believe its Japanese... I'm not really that sure It's a photo app that is available on the App store for the iPhone. It is the best app to transform regular photos in the ultimate purikura photo! Puricute was my favorite site but now that i've discovered Snapeee, it is my new favorite. It has so many downloadable content for free to install new stamps, frames and all other type of cuteness. It also works as some sort of social site. It has a news feed which is all the photos other people have uploaded and you get to comment other people's photos or like them or "recommend" them. I love it!

I even can add kitty ears, mustache, bows, all sorts of things. I can't wait to use this app more.

Merry Christmas to all my bloggers!!!

I hope everyone enjoyed (or still are) enjoying their Christmas Day. It was a wonderful, hectic weekend. ^__^

This Christmas (for me), was more of giving than receiving. I wish I could have donated to some organization but I think I'm now the one in need of donation since I'm broke ~_~

I got Miguel the best Christmas gift ever!! I had to make up for all the previous Christmas & Birthday gifts I got him that he never used or liked lol So this year I went out of my way to get him the gadget he wanted the most... an iPad 2~~!!!

He was super happy and although he guessed what it was before the big day arrived, it still felt amazing to see how happy he was with his new toy <3

Following Latin American tradition: Our gifts were opened last night. We all went to my mother in laws house and opened up our gifts. My Secret Santa was Jack and he got me a Hello Kitty iPhone Case (i have yet to take a picture of) and I gave Emanuel his toaster (since I was his secret santa). My mom got me a kitty plushie with $$$ inside ^^ And my mother in law got me a jewelry. I loved all my gifts and I was very thankful to be surrounded by my family. I got my mom a Kindle and Miguel got her a hand scrub from Bath & Body Works that she was eyeing and the night ended on a lovely note.

I didn't end up wearing the blazer since it was so hot -__- We had perfect sunny 80 degree weather here in Florida and that blazer is kinda thick. I hope it gets more chilly outside so I can wear some of my winter pieces.

This morning I went to my sisters and gave Christmas gifts to my little cuties, Selene & Gael. Selene opened up both hers and Gael's gift and I had to snap some photos on my iPhone of the process:

Last week we had a Christmas themed lunch at work and I loved the theme, it was Dr. Seuss, How the Grinch Stole Christmas. One of our breakrooms were decorated as WhoVille. There was even a path lit up with christmas lights and signs and it was so cute. I loved it so much, had to take some photos. Also gave me an idea for the future. I'd love to have a Christmas themed party at home like this:

As I said in some previous post, I didn't decorate my house much for the holidays. My mother did lent me a Christmas tree and I piled up all the gifts I got everyone underneath it before the exchange on the big day

Last weekend, on Sunday was my good friend, Candace's birthday. I was invited to Lindsey's house to join in on Candy's special day. We ate, we played board games and we looked at old photos and all the memories came back. It was a lovely night (minus the cat allergy I got ;__;) April came over and gave all the girls (except for me, since I had an allergy problem going on) make overs. Candace looked so pretty, so I snapped some photos:

The makeup party started because Tiffany wanted to give Nathan (Lindsey's boyfriend) a makeover. So this is how that ended up:

Some days ago, I purchased a black sheer shirt with lack on the back and I took some photos in my bedroom of my new shirt ^_^ I loved it so much that i couldn't help it.

Listening to The Chemical Brothers

I had today off. Which is very lovely for a change, since Mondays are crazzy busy at work. I'm going to regret it the rest of the week since I'll be making up my hours by doing ten hour shifts However, todays day off didn't go to waste with lazing around the house (is lazing even a word? too lazy to google it lol) I have successfully reenrolled in school. Please no applause lol I'm doing it mostly for the people around me. I know that sounds bad, because I should decide things for myself and not to please other people. However for school, its something that I really try to avoid talking about. I honestly don't have any drive, motivation, determination. I lack all of that. I have nothing I'm really good it (ok, great here comes the low self esteem). It is true though. I don't have any talent. I don't have anything that I would be motivated to study for. Perhaps its laziness? I don't know what it is.. its all so confusing.

Onto the decision of reenrollment: I see everyone else I went to high school with, already on their way of getting their degrees and the hard work they are putting in their studies. I envy them. Another big reason is my mother as well as my husband. My mothers eyes light up when I talk about college and Miguel recently reenrolled and he has been taking classes this semester. I know I can't be stuck forever at the place I'm currently working at. I honestly don't want to be there forever either. I might as well do something on the side while I am working, so I will be taking 1 or 2 classes for now. Little by little... I changed my major to Education. I know that the field of Education in the U.S. right now isn't all that great. Its hard to find a position as a teacher. Even with knowing this information, I'm still going to go for an Education degree. Its the only thing i can see myself doing. I'm in a secure job and even if i can't find any job with an Education Degree I have faith that I'll have secured jobs to at least get me by, I can also count on Miguel. Thats what marriage is all about too. Supporting one another and give each other the motivation to keep on going in life. I'm so lucky I have someone like that who is beside me <3

I currently am signed up for two classes for Spring 2012 term. I'm going to take Intro to Education, as well as Health (since it is a requirement). Friday is my Due date to pay for classes @__@ ugh Well here goes nothing, wish me luck!

LOL jk!! I know many might not know all the songs by Radiohead or even listen to Radiohead but they are indeed one of my favorite bands Currently listening to 2+2=5. Onwards to the entry update:

Thanksgiving was wonderful!!! I spent it at my sisters and she makes the most yummiest, juiciest Turkey (nom nom)

As always I can't seem to find the layout I like and I end up posting the same photo in different collages lol Oh well, deal with me here guys.
My sister did my makeup and in the last photo (which is a close up of my face) you can tell where she filled in my eyebrows a little thicker. I also tried on her red lipstick. It was the first time I tried on red lipstick and I loved how it looked!!! I forgot what color but I do know it is from the makeup brand by the name of Bobbi Brown. My face was a little irritated and i had many blemishes But aside from that I liked the eyeshadow look she gave me which was from one of her new Too Faced eyeshadow palette.You can't see it too well in the photo but it was very nice

Kdrama Update: After finishing Scent of a Woman I was feeling for something more young, funny and cutesy and thankfully the new kdrama, Flower Boy Ramyun/Ramen Shop was able to satisfy my kdrama genre need lol It filled the description perfectly !! Currently half way done with Episode 10. Decided to give it a break and update my blog. Definitely recommend watching it, if not at least watch this commercial, its too cute

Waaaaaaa~~~ If thats not cute then I dont know what is &heart;s

Today i Woke up extra early and went to Target. I got myself a Cami Tank in Navy Blue for $8 (perfect fit for wearing under sheer blouses) and as well as barrettes for my hair. I wanted to change up my hairstyle today for work. Two pigtails and I made twistee's which I had in place by two barrettes at the bottom Many compliments on how cute it looked so that made me happy and gave me motivation to continue doing more little hairstyles. I'm tired of just wearing my hair loose or in a ponytail. Its time to switch it up! With new years coming up comes New Year's Resolution and I just might have that be one of my resolutions.. create new hairstyles to wear everyday.

Another thing I got at Target were Christmas decorations. That's right, in honor of December 1st, and in 24 days the big 25 will be here which is joy and giving to others, from the big man in the red suit! I got a countdown calendar for December in the shape of a Christmas tree as well as a Pen/Pencil holder that has snowflakes and two Christmas themed picture frames. All of this was actually purchased with my work desk in Mind. I follow Jenny (which is blogger sushi-cat.net, you can find the link under my favorite reads) and she posted a picture on her instagram (yes i follow her there too, AND no I'm not a stalker, i just love all her updates, so cute ) so she posted a photo of her work desk and it was so cute! She had a countdown calendar but in the form of Santa and it was adorable! She told me she got it at Target but I couldn't find that one and decided to get the Tree instead. She also got a mini tree for her desk but I don't want to overload my desk, it has a lot of things on it as is. I will be taking a picture of my work desk soon and I'll post it on here, so you can see what I'm talking about.
I know you probably caught on that I bought decorations for work but not for home?! What is this madness?! Well good news is that I will be decorating my new place for Xmas, but it won't be all that big of a deal. Miguel doesn't seem to believe in Christmas (bah humbug right? Yeah, he is kinda like Mr. Scrooge) but good thing is that my mom has a extra tiny white xmas tree in storage that she is going to give me. So it won't be decorated to the max but at least its something to put the gifts underneath it. i already have the perfect Xmas gift in mind for Miguel and I'm so excited to get it!!! Ahh can't wait! I think I'll be getting wrapping paper at Target, they had such cute Christmas items that I'm tempted to go back.

Good Morning readers!!! The weekend is coming to an end sadly, but you have to make the best of the last day of the weekend *hehe* I'm in the mood to jump in my car now, pj's and all and go to the new H&M that opened in Tampa a week or two ago.. but I need to resist, rent is due soon -__- I've forgot about all the holidays that are coming up and I can't believe the New Year is right around the corner! 2012 is almost here, eek x__x I don't know if its me but doesn't 2012 look and sound very ~~futuristic~~ If not then maybe its just me

I haven't posted and I apologize for that (for anyone who reads). I've been neglecting my blog updates. I have two drafts sitting on my blogspot, of the entries I've started and never finished. So I'll make it up by todays updates/news/and (yes you guessed it) pictures!! Mostly of me camwhoring *cough cough* lol So onto the news:

First is the biggest news evaaaa!!!! I got my early Christmas gift from my wonderful spouse and it is a White iPhone 4s!!!!

Having it in my hands for the first time felt like all I needed was Pixie Dust and I would have been able to fly, since it was the happiest i felt (how cheesy am I? I'm referencing Peter Pan with the pixie dust LOL) So Its currently "naked" (thats what I call it when it doesn't have any case), I was looking around and I was very tempted to get a Cocoroni Case, but after the disastrous events of the first one I had I decided it wasn't worth it, no matter how CUTE it is.. I ended up finding a great deal with free shipping!!! Purchased from a Hong Kong Seller a pink&white bumper for my iphone. Total: $2.58 Yep thats all I paid for it. I heard you can get even better deals on bumpers for about 98 cents but I really liked this specific pink color, its just the shade of pink that I adore! So that will be arriving in December (since its arriving from Hong Kong) ^___^

I got a Stippling brush from Sephora!

I love this brush so much!! It's become my new favorite! I just wish make up brushes weren't so expensive. If I could, I would buy a whole set but as soon as I look at the prices for a set I get scared and end up not buying it. I currently own only 2 make up brushes (I know, I know.. its sad) but I'm not really big on make up. I do wear foundation and blush and mascara everyday, those are the top 3 that I can't live without. Eyeshadows aren't that big of a deal with me. Only just recently I've started to use the next product I purchased from Sephora:

Liquid Eyeliner. Yep.. I use to have one back in the day that was in the shape of an old fashion ink bottle and it was really good but so hard to apply that I gave up, who knows where that is now.. Anyways, I decided to purchase the liquid eyeliner pen from Sephora. I'm not TOO crazy about it, because it takes a couple of strokes to have the eyeliner apply to my eyelid, but as far as the application. its superb! I love the idea of it as a pen. I still need more practicing to achieve that thick as well as thin winged eyeliner. I think it looks so lovely.

Now onto my mini-photoshoot, I had this past week, Thursday. I brought out the digi cam and put on that self timer and here are the results:

I know I reused some of the photos and did different collage layouts, but these are my favorite out of the bunch that I took. I love how they came out, and for some I did place a filter to give it a vintage look. Some are kinda like but I like to view them as fashionable photos. I'm wearing my birthday present to myself, which is the sheer collared blouse in Mocha that I purchased on needsupply.co The leggings I also purchased (as a bday gift to myself) which are Aztec printed, bought on urbanoutfitters.com And then my faithful black laced up wedges I'm rather happy with how I put together this outfit. Tell me what you think?

I think thats all as far as updates. Oh let me add I do have quite a few books on my reading list: Girl with a Dragon Tattoo (started Chapter 1 and its kinda slow to get into), Dr. Jekyll and Mr Hyde (which I'm almost done with) and the Ill Made Mute (Which I need to start on since I borrowed that one from a co-worker). As always I'm the little book nerd ^__~

Happy Sunday Everyone! I'm still in bed and I wanted to update my blog. I wanted to do a blog on the photo editors I use on my iPhone. And yes I got the idea from Xiaxue one of my favorite bloggers And I was so happy to find out she uses the same Chinese photo app that I do! I'm going to share my favorite photo apps and decided to take a screenshot of the apps I use:

These are all the photo apps I use on my iPhone (I know i have a lot) but I don't use the majority of them. The main two are Mei Tu Xiu Xiu (which is the Chinese writing on the red colored app) and Pudding Camera (which is on the second row and its white and gray with Korean writing).. I love all the filters they have for these two apps to make your photos come out cool. I have a iPhone 3GS so my camera quality isn't all that great (certainly nothing compared to the new 4s) so I apologize ahead of time for the quality of my photos that i'll post in a second...

First app I'll talk about is Mei Tu Xiu Xiu~ I love this photo editor sooo so much! I wish they had it in the App store on my Mac so I can use it on my computer (lol I know thats how much I love it) It has so many filters and many different photo editing options (ie. I was wearing (and sorry there isn't a full photo of my dress) but the stripped/floral pattern you see in the photos is actually a dress that reaches just above my knees and I got it on Nastygal.com I'm wearing a lace vest on top of my dress and i wore my gray socks with my black shoes from Pac Sun. These pictures, by the way, are all taken at my new place. Miguel and I finally have our own place and its beautiful!! Happy Thursday!!!

My mom safely arrived home on Tuesday night but arrived a little sick Today she got worse and I took her to the clinic where the doctor gave her some antibiotic and I hope it starts working soon because it makes me sad that she is sick.. Thankfully, I got emergency VTO applied and I'm so glad it was approved because I was starting to get worried that I'd have to wait until I got off to take her to the doctor and that would have meant that all the affordable clinics would be closed and I'd have to take her to none other than the ER which is just hectic

On Saturday night, Miguel & I went to Halloween Horror Nights XXI and it was so much fun! I enjoyed it immensely! My favorite house would have to be Nevermore, which was the Edgar Allan Poe themed haunted house and each room brought to life different short stories of his. The detail was amazing and I wished I could have been part of the cast for that house. I would love to scare people and dress up Many rides were opened but since the lines were long and we were getting tired we tried going into as many houses as we could. Out of 8 we went to either 5 or 6 . Miguel snapped some really good photos and I'll share the best out of all of them:

LOL the last one on the bottom right cracks me up! He got the picture right when I got scared, and the guy looks like he is going to eat me Miguel and I were posing with scared faces and acting silly while we were on line to one of the houses. The only bad thing were the stupid people who were all drunk But i shouldn't really rant on them because I did want to get some jello shots they sold in blood bags @_@

Lioele Pearl Shimmer Primer

Today would have been a great day if only my mom wouldn't have missed her flight She was going to be arriving from her long vacation and I was so excited to finally have her back and now I have to wait until tomorrow night.. which isn't that bad lol But still I was looking forward to Monday night

I hope tomorrow's work day is better than todays, it was hectic and really busy Another thing that is annoying me is the SPAM on my TAGBOARD!! Please, don't spam or leave me link ex for websites that are blogs for exercising and muscle building, or some blogs that are tagging with blogs that don't relate to the type of blog i have going on.. This is a personal blog for updates and reviews on my personal things.. so please stop spamming.. I don't know what else to do to make it stop *sigh*

Well onto what this post is really suppose to be about.. I have become a HUGE fan of the website prettyandcute.com and I love all the products they sell on there. I bought my Sweet Pea Curly Extensions from there and in my recent haul video I'm wearing a few clip in pieces :) With my extensions I received a sample (of my choice) of Lioele's Shimmering Pearl Base Primer. I tried it on and then put my foundation on and instantly you have a beautiful glow ♥ I had to buy the full product!! Their shipment is really on top of things and I received it in less than 3 business days. I have been using it ever since it arrived and i looove how it makes my Mac foundation look. I don't really like the Matte look so something more natural and that gives that dewey glow that makes your face look so healthy was definitely what I was looking for and this primer gives me the look!! I definitely recommend it! The only thing is not to use too much. If you use it all over your face I noticed (if you have oily skin like me) that by noontime my face looks really oily and my nose especially gets shiny. So I use very minimum of it and only on my cheekbones and brow bone, sometimes I put some on my chin and forehead but I use it very sparingly so I don't get that oily face look. I've decided to cut down on my use of my MAC foundation and I want to use it for special occassions and not for an everyday work look.. Why, you must ask? lol Because i'm cheap and this foundation cost more than your average joe so I also want to use it sparingly. Its something that I've got from my mother. She has so many things last over the years (which is good and bad I guess, in case it has an expiration date ) although in some cases it can be good, that way you don't run out of the stuff so quickly. Thats my opinion.
So this pearl base shimmer is overall, a very good product. It was $20, which (to me is pricey) but considering its a very good Korean beauty product brand and has very good reviews I think the price is well matched with the product. Also it is also a good fair amount if you don't use a lot on the face.. remember, a little goes a long way!!

Another thing I'd like to point out is the little package in a blue wrapper is another sample (since prettyandcute does give you a choice of samples so they can send with your purchase) is Lioele Multi Seaweed Gel. I admit i haven't tried it yet, but this isn't makeup, i believe its some hydrating lotion for the face with seaweed extract. Correct me if i'm wrong bc i'm not 100% sure on that lol

Hello my readers! How was everyone's weekend? Not that its over yet but it is a Sunday night *tear tear*... the weekend goes by far too fast ~~ Well another haul to show. Many items that were purchased and I shall be sharing them:

I also purchased Mac foundation. I've been wanting to try it out ever since I started watching thepersianbabe's Youtube channel. She spoke about Mac foundation and how well the coverage is. I've also heard numerous reviews of their foundation so since I was in Sak's Fifth Avenue and they had a lovely Mac section (which was empty, Thank God! Majority of Mac stores are packed to the rim with people). And a lovely male attended me nicely and answered my questions. He recommended the Studio Sculpted Foundation. Took some tries to get my skin tone but at the end my color was NC42. This foundation is great for being with combination skin (dry/oily) and the great thing is that you can build up on the foundation, depending on how much coverage you want- Sheer, Medium, or Full coverage. Here is the description of the product straight from the Mac Cosmetics site: A creamy, luxurious, gel-based foundation that provides medium buildable to high coverage with a natural satin finish. Hydrating, instantly revitalizes the skin while keeping it looking smooth, soft and plush. Long-wearing, water-resistant :)

So that was my recent haul. Which reminds me that I made a video of my Pac Sun goodies I posted about recently. This is my first ever haul video and I've never tried these vlog type of videos so I was a little nervous, but here it is:

So this weekend was full of fun events. On Friday night Miguel and I watched HP & The Half blood Prince and HP & the Deathly Hallows Part I. It left him wanting to watch the last one which (unfortunately) just left all theaters so it means we are going to have to wait until its out on DVD I really I could have made him watch the films earlier so that on midnight premiere he would have been able to join me . Then he could have watched the most Epic Wizard Battle on big screen!! But what can you do.. too late now *sniffles*
Saturday I spent with my sister and her kids. Gael & Selene double trouble and yet they look so angelic lol Selene threw a temper tantrum in Forever 21 but then Rose came to the rescue (don't know how she can get her to calm down, guess its motherly instinct lol) but I did buy myself all those goodies on Saturday and bought Rose a couple of things as well (which she promised to pay me back for). I bought her a beautiful red lipstick shade from Bobbi Brown that looked beautiful on her and a nice black skirt from the store I got my blue blazer from. Saturday night Miguel, Nessa and I went to Press 101. Which is a wine bar that have soups, salads and sandwichs. It was such a beautiful place and wonderful atmosphere unfortunately i can't say the same for the food... it was an overpriced dry sandwich with NO flavor at all. I felt like it was just a pickle, ham slapped into bread. I am definitely not going there again but we did buy a bottle of wine which did get me rather happy... lol

Sunday was a day spent sleeping (for the majority) and then a late swim at Emanuel's pool (my brother in law) and we all had fun watching some shows and eating at Peking's Chinese Resturant where I got this fortune from a cookie:

And although I know that materialistic things aren't forever, I still like what this fortune said and got me daydreaming about being a rich lady surrounding by lavishing things and covered in jewels

Since i have so many photo editing apps on my iPhone I took some pictures yesterday and I loved how they came out with a certain affect I used to make it look vintage, here are some for you guys to see what i'm talking about:

The first two are me.. well a snap of my body..don't ask @_@ But I just like how the photo came out..and thats what I wore on sunday :) The second one is my vintage purse and the last one is my hubby Miguel..I love all the beauty marks he has and with this affect it enhanced it more

Another event which happened actually a week ago from today was dying my hair. Nessa went up north for a couple of days and came back with a surprise gift: Palty! While some of you may go "ooOOoo" others may thing "What"? lol And for those who don't know: Palty is a hair dye from Japan (simple as that) She got me a Medium Ash brown which looked sort of gray brown to me but anywho since Palty does have a little bit of bleach in it, she thought it would be best to try it out (since she has tried so many different at home hair dyes and none of them have worked) so it was mixed and put on my hair for 30 min to see if there were any results

Although I failed to take a picture of before and after of my hair, it did succeed a little bit in changing my hair to a lighter brown (especially on the top of my head, on my roots) but the rest of my hair still looks dark brown >__< I have been trying to get some exposure to the sun to see if that will lighten my hair a bit but since yesterday's pool time was done with cloudy skies I couldn't get any

So I shall be bringing this post to a close with the news that I finished rereading Harry Potter Year's 1-7 for the 32927349364534 time lol I still love and appreciate them a little more now that I'm older. They are well written and definitely make me not want to put them down. Since I've been wanting to read a lot, I remembered a book I read a long time ago from author Victor Hugo since I read Hunchback of Notre Dame I really wanted to read another well know book of his and I ordered from Amazon, Les Misérables. I had forgot how much I loved the book when I had finished reading it and it never occurred to me to buy it and add to my library. So I ordered (of course) the unabridged copy with the cover artwork that I remembered for $7 with free shipping (hooray). Can't wait to get it and start reading one of my favorite books

Mini Haul

This Saturday, I went on a mini shopping-spree at Pac Sun. I really wish that I had an H&M close by because I prefer it than any other clothing shop (atm) but unfortunately there are none close by I can't wait until the one in International Mall Opens, that way I don't mind the 45 min drive, compared to the hour and some mins it takes to get to Orlando Millenia Mall .. well anyways. I went to Pac Sun and here are recent goodies that I purchased for myself.

First off is my goodies purchased on Saturday... I got a lovely oversized floral pattern tee that will be perfect for both work and all the other places beside work lol and THEN follows my turquoise vintage style ring. I'm pretty sure you can find these at thrift stores (which I've been meaning to do some thrift store shopping, but currently have no one to go with, makes me miss my mommy a little more) anywho that was around $6 ..then is my bathing suit which was a gift from Miguel and since he did promise before summer started he will definitely be getting me a new bathing suit (since the one I currently have of Roxy is fuzzy for so many years I've had it) and the end of summer comes around and he still hadn't kept his promise. So when I saw this beauty I just had to have it

Last but not least is these pair of laced up black wedges (they had some pairs in brown) and I fell in love with. Me when I saw them = So I just had to get them.

Extensions & Facial Masks

Good Friday to all my readers! I am so glad I'm snuggled up in my bed, blogging away and relaxing after a hard week of work. Now for the weekend, my mini-vacation time lol
I'm currently using a Cucumber Mask that I purchased at Walmart. What caught my attention was the Package it was in. It reminded me of the Facial Masks sold in Asian countries. So with the packaging and promising "Clarifies & renews skin" on the bottom half of the Aluminum package, and the low prices (guaranteed) lol I purchased one and decided to give it a try. Here is a quick snapshot of how it looks:

I opened it and the first thing I was greeted by was the strong cucumber scent it had. I didn't like handling it too much because (I guess I'm not too savy when it comes to facial masks) but the consistency was really gooey and thick. It took some time to spread it evenly on my face (almost getting it in my eye at one point) But when the application process was complete i decided to start up my blog and write a little review, you leave it on for 5-10 min (as the description states) and as we speak it is starting to dry and it feels weird making any facial expression lol, so that means its time to take this sucker off. Brb...

Okay. Done! lol Well, it proved difficult to take it off, more than putting it on. Some parts came off easily but the majority of it was still goey and had to be rubbed off But my face does feel fresher and cleaner so theres a plus+

On another note~~~ I found the PERFECT hair extensions ! There on a highly trusted site (I say high trusted, since Michelle Phan shops there lol) called prettyandcute And cute they are! They range in Asian beauty products, facial cleansers, clothing, accessories, and last but not least...hair extensions! I found this beauty:

I think there perfect for me since my hair tends to curl at the bottom and these can match perfectly so that it will look natural. The only thing I'm debating on is what shade to get. Theres Pure Black, Dark Brown, and Medium Black. Rather difficult. My hair looks black at times and at times can pass for dark brown. Ahh, don't know which one to get. Help!!

Labor Day Weekend

Why Hello everyone! Yes, Yes I know I had just changed my blog layout and now I have changed it yet again. Well not that much different from the previous one (it is made by the same web designer who made the previous layout) but I prefer this one since its more simple and more wider than the previous one. Although I'm pretty sure an altering in the html code would have been fine, in order to make the blog entry area wider but I was too lazy to do any html coding. *hehe*

Well Labor Day weekend is coming to a close. Didn't do any typical American celebration as far as barbecuing or something of the sort (although I would have liked to, BBQ's are so yummy) *stomach rumble* Thats the one thing I will be looking forward too when Miguel & I get our own place. I'll be able to invest in a decent grill and will be BBQ-ing all different kinds of things *drools* lol

Okay so enough talk of food because now I'm seriously hungry >__< As I was saying, didn't do much but rest and read a lot of Year 5 of HP and I realized how much Harry seemed like he was PMSing the first good half of the book. lol XD I love HP to death but I had forgot how much he was snapping at everyone and losing his temper (tsk tsk) Well I still love this book and can't believe I am almost finished with rereading the whole series. Even Miguel was like "What book are you on, already"? It was just a couple of weeks ago I had decided on rereading Harry Potter and it goes to show how much I was missing it since now the films are done *tears*

As always I've been looking at pretty blogs, and skimming my Tumblr to find a whole bunch of photographs I love. I wish I could take beautiful photography like that, or at least make wonderful vintage affects to my photos. One thing I haven't used in a while is my Fujifilm Instant Camera (which is in desperate need of film). I've sort of neglected it and I feel guilty. I really wanted that camera so much and haven't used it so much.. What I wish is that I knew how to use it. Its simple but difficult at the same time. You have to be in the perfect lighting for the perfect setting or you just lost a precious film strip and trust me it is NOT CHEAP -__-; But what else to do but attempt once more. I will most definitely be getting some film soon for it.

On a change of subject, I'm not looking forward to the winter season.. I always find it hard to look fashionable for cold weather *pouts* I don't understand why everyone seems to love it with the prospect of "layering" but I am NOT looking forward to it. I love the summer, where its easy to look fashionable. Wear lovely skirts, flowy dresses, ripped up denim shorts and crop tops, but in the winter you have to make sure you cover every inch of your body (well I do) in order to prevent from getting sick and wear thick article of clothing to keep warm. Honestly, how can you look fashionable? :( I need a Fashion Police for help *sweatdrop*

The first set is me posing with my new UO Crotchet Crop Top, (as you can see the back of the tank is beautifully designed), I purchased it (along with the earrings, which you cant see too clearly) from UO during there Free Shipping week (since it takes a chunk of gas out of my car to drive all the way to either Tampa/Orlando)

Second batch was taken a long time ago...want to say 2 years ago. Taken with my friends iPhone, which had a cool editor and made it all vintage looking. I'm not too crazy about what I'm wearing. I remember i was just trying on things left to right and this was snapped in the spur of the moment:

Makes me a little sad looking at the last batch since those were my favorite nerdy glasses I owned and there lost. I haven't found them ANYWHERE *sniffles* Anyways this last photo is not really a great photograph what I like is the Pentax K1000 that is the camera the person is posing with. It's one of the cameras I'd love to own one day. I hear it takes wonderful photos with that vintage affect (partly due to the fact that it uses film).

Last photo is a screenshot of my desktop. Don't know if you have catched on but i'll be cosplaying Hatsune Miku for the next anime convention and I found this picture of her..although its cute, its a little sad since it seems like shes crying. I still liked it enough to put as my desktop..although it kinda makes me depressed so I think I'll be changing it soon..

Weekend Post!

Hello everyone!! Hope everyone had a great weekend. I know I did ~~Friday~~ evening watched Don't be Afraid of the Dark... and lets just say it was more amusing then scary .. Still a great night out

~~Saturday:~~ Went to Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure since Nessa, Miguel, and I have annual passes. We had such a great time. It was my first time riding the newest roller coaster addition to Universal's which is called Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit. So cool! You get to choose the genre of music you like and then follows a variety of songs you can listen to during the whole ride. It doesn't stop there... you also get video recorded during the whole ride! At the end you can purchase your "music video" (which is ridiculously expensive) OR (like we did) just watch the first ten second preview of your experience on the coaster and get to laugh your head off looking at how silly we all look when we have our faces being pulled by the wind's force and hair all over the place and the bobbing of the head from side to side LOL Well that was a great ride and I loved it a lot (although I have to admit at first I was almost peeing my pants of nervousness to get on). Following that ride we got on the classic favorite of Universal's, The Mummy and then off to Islands of Adventure where we rode The Hulk and then onto Harry Potter's Wizarding World, and the village of Hogsmeade where we attended Ollivander's wand show (which was EPIC!) and the little boy who got chosen was so adorable and even made the audience laugh After that we looked around at all the goodies (that were wayy too overpiced) And then we rode one last ride in Dr. Seuss world.. So Saturday was a very fun, exciting, tiring day

Picnic Dreaming..

You know what i've always wanted to have? A picnic! Ever since High School I've always wanted to have one and make yummy fruit salads, make a whole bunch of sandwichs, and make some lemonade from scratch.. little tea party wouldn't hurt as well (to throw in as a final touch)

But even with beautiful parks and sunshine all year around here in good ol' Florida I still haven't had my "dream picnic" *tear* So I decided (before the cold really hits), I want to have a picnic. I've been really good with saving these past paychecks, and that makes me really proud of myself I'm going to get myself a picnic basket and all the other things required to make it look something like this:

Beautiful, ne? These pictures I found really inspire me to have one and take lovely pictures and even bring my fujifilm instant camera and have some fun. I love it! Well this is all for my post, just wanted to share my daydreams with everyone. I also wanted to throw in, that I've been looking for Hatsune Miku wigs and by the end of the weekend, definitely want to order one

Vocaloid

I have fallen in love with vocaloids. Recently, I disconvered exactly what a vocaloid is through Michelle Phan's youtube channel.
She did a cosplay of a certain vocaloid that has been super famous these past years in japan, and her name is Hatsune Miku.

The success of this specific vocaloid has been enough to grant her concerts in the U.S.A. (mainly in the state of CA) and they have been a hit! Sold out and all..
What surprises me is the fame these vocaloids have, being just a projected image on a stage that sings and dance. Makes you think of what computer-generated things they will have in the future.
I currently have 3 songs on my ipod of Hatsune and whenever i'm driving I blast it on the highest volume and instantly get in a good mood (her voice has that affect on you ^_^)
My friends Lindsey and Candace are thinking of cosplaying some other vocolaoid characters and I can't wait to see their finishing result. I was invited to cospaly too and I would love to be Hatsune Miku. Perhaps I will...

Many Days

Hello everyone! It's been such a long time since my last post D: Many things have happened and I'm glad I finally have time to sit down and blog. I had the pleasure in traveling to Mexico on the first weekend of August and it was a place I will never forget. Spent wonderful time there with my sister and brother in law's family. The most important thing was the baptism of one of my two new favorite people in the world.. Gael and Selene (Which if you didn't know) are my nephew and niece. I love them so so much and I'm so glad I got to attend such an important event as their baptism.

I took tons of pictures where you can see on either my Facebook or Google +. I'm too lazy to resize them all and post them -_-; Hmm.. let me see what else to update... I have finally got Miguel into Harry Potter, not the books but the films. We are currently up to Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban which is kinda ironic because I also decided to reread the series some time ago before starting rewatching the films with Miguel and it so happens that I'm also reading HP Year 3 and almost done with that so I'll be moving onto HP and the Goblet of Fire (happens to be one of my favorite of the book series) :D

Miguel also bought himself a brand SPANKING NEW car! It's a Honda Civic 2012, 2 door and even had the windows tinted for free on it! I love it and its so beautiful that I wish it were mine XD I'm so lucky that my husband is the owner of this wonderful car, because then I get to drive it (if he isn't feeling stingy at the moment lol) So the new car makes things easier for us, we don't have to share the one car (which is my Chevy Cobalt) ^__^

I also have been into Lancome's lipstick. My first ever purchased lipstick was some months ago back in March when I saw Michelle Phan's monthly favorites and it was the Matte Stylista color. I have been using it almost all the time (since its my only lipstick color) and I love it on my skin tone. In the photos of the baptism I will upload, its the color I have on in the pics. Just recently, I purchased another color; S.O.S. Pink in Cream, which I absolutely love as well! I'm a little late on the pink lipstick trend that was big in Summer but better late then never. I purchased it as soon as I tried on the sample. I'm lucky too, because i heard it was a limited edition.

This past weekend consisted of a lot of window shopping... sadly I didn't buy as much as I wanted to in my current favorite store H&M but I know when I get paid this week I'll be going back ^___^ I did purchase one item, which was a sleeveless blouse with the trendy Peter Pan collar and its button down. I really wanted to get a navy blue blazer jacket. What was cool is that you could wear it two ways: either a military style jacket, or you could fold down either side of it into a blazer. XD I wanted it so bad! Another item was acid washed jeggings that made my butt look amazing! lol I'm sorry if thats TMI but as girls you know what looks good for your behind and what doesn't and this was an A+ for me ^____~ It was $20 and I think totally worth the price. I really should have got it but anywho, like I said I'll be picking up a few things after my paycheck this week :D

Hello my lovelies. How is everyone this beautiful Sunday afternoon? Florida is HOT HOT and its hard to believe that the days of summer are almost over and August will soon be here
Last night Miguel, Nessa and I purchased Universal annual pass tickets and we are planning next weekend to head out and have some fun XD

Weekends go by too fast and I'm sad tomorrow will be Monday, but hopefully this week will go by fast Nessa and I were watching many k-pop videos on Youtube yesterday and we are currently obsessed with the song and dance to T-ara - Roly Poly Here is the MV to the song:

I love the 70's Disco feel to this song, and the outfits they were are super cute! We looked at many dance covers but by far this is the best Youtuber we liked:

She got it down to the outfit, hairstyle, and great dancing just like T-ara the girl kpop group. So with all of this inspiration Nessa and I decided to learn the moves and make a video of our own We were too tired yesterday to begin but hopefully she can come by later on and we can start practicing!

This post is solely dedicated to fashion.. I follow many fashion blogs but one of my favorites would definitely have to be from Chicmuse a.k.a. Denni. She is a well know American Apparel model and travels all around the world, basically doing every girls dream; traveling, having pretty clothes and shoes, and meeting a whole bunch of well know people in the fashion industry. I envy her just for the sole reason of how much beautiful clothing and shoes she owns. Her style definitely is one of my favorites and I'm pretty much one of her biggest fans.

These are my Top 5 recent styles from her that I absolutely love. The flowing white dress at the beach, the striped sweatshirt, the funky twirly sunglasses, the white blazer, the leopard printed shoes. I love and want it all!! Sadly I can't afford all of those items ;__; i did visit one of the sites where she gets some of her goodies from and its called Topshop and she has a lot of Kate Moss pieces from that site. I was looking on it and found a lot of nice things and unfortunate for me it is only sold in Euros and the worldwide delivery seems to go everywhere but the U.S. (bummer, I know) Anyways onto the ones I liked from the site:

The Peter Pan collar is one of those wonderful new trends that I just can't get enough of. I visited another blog today and the blogger by the name of Jenny purchased a peter pan collar sleeveless dress from H&M that I want to get my hands on. It looks adorably cute and there's something about the Peter Pan collar that screams cuteness! I definitely want the dress. Currently the only thing I have with a Peter pan Collar is a shirt I purchased from UO. I'll take pictures of it and post soon ^_^ Well since I couldn't really shop on Topshop I decided to then turn to my new favorite online shop Nastygal and it was love all over again lol I found these items that have made it to my (now) 35 item wishlist on there XD

First up is shoes, and boy do I want to own me a pair of laced up Jeffrey Campbell wedges >__< Also the boots and the floral print sandals!! I wish I could buy it all

And lastly are these two summer pieces that caught my attention. I want it so much .__.

i feel like a kid at a candystore.. *sigh*

Back from Vacation

Hello everyone! I apologize for not visting back to any blogs and leaving some , but if you read my previous post it was about my trip to Peru. I had LOADS of fun on vacation and meet the majority of my husbands family. I am so lucky to become a part of the Tirado family, especially since they all treat me so kindly and I grew fond of them and miss them already

I arrived Monday, July 4th and went straight back to work the following day, Miguel arrived with an allergy infection which has now turned into a full blow cold Which now I have caught and it isn't looking like its going to be a very good weekend... *ugh* I woke up with an earache, throat hurting, and congestion in my nasal area.. so I'm really praying it will go away and not make me go to the hospital, because I really truly would like to avoid that.. *tear tear*

On some news from social sites: Google+ has opened up and seems like its going to be a cool social networking site. I have my profile and circles created already! Circles are basically friends lists broke up into a "circle" that you create. The two people so far in my "Family" circle is Zully (my sister in law) and Emanuel (my brother in law, who was the one who sent me an invite). For now its exclusive for only certain gmail members and can only be done through invite since it has just been launced. I'm pretty sure in the upcoming weeks it will be open for the everyone in the online community who would like to have a Google+ page Hope to see you there soon, and don't forget to send me a request to be friends ♥

At the Airport

Hello everyone!! I'm currently at the airport getting ready for my 1st flight. Will be taking two 's I really am not looking to the 2nd airport because they charge a lot for internet access But all in all I'm glad I brought my laptop so at least I can update one last time before I am in Peru. I'm sooo excited and so happy to meet a new place. Traveling is such a great experience and I'm lucky to get to visit my husband's native country I'm going to take so many pictures that my camera will explode!!!! LOL jk But I will take many photos of almost anything and everything

Hello everyone! Sorry I haven't been on here for some time, commenting on some of my affie's blogs and updating more often. It's true I've been lazy So please forgive me! Gomen-nasai *puts hands together and bows head*

Nothing much exciting going on, except for the anime con I went to last weekend on June the 11th and it was a good time spent with friends. It was also a good time to catch up with my friends because I hadn't seen them since we went to the last premiere showing of HP Deathly Hallows Part 1 so that made it even better that they were there.

All of my friends cosplayed except for me Which really made me feel a little left out so I'm really making it one of my main things to make sure to cosplay by the time the next con comes around=^.^= I haven't cosplayed in a very long time and I have no idea what character to be, but lets see how that goes...

Onto other things: I watched this movie called To Wong Foo, Thanks For Everything! that a co-worker lent me and it was soo funny! There's nothing like celebrities dressing up as drag queens lol

One other thing is one of my friends who moved to Arkansas is back for sometime in FL, so I can't wait for Nessa, Jen, and I to get back together and hang out sometime soon

Hello everyone! It's been awhile since my last update and I apologize for that How has everyone been? I've been doing good.. Waiting for my upcoming vacation that is going to be so much fun If you didn't read my past posts, I'm going to Peru by the end of this month. Another thing I have to start looking into is plane tickets for Mexico in August. Selene and Gael's baptism will take place there so I definitely have to start saving up to go

Now for my Hauling section of my blog. I purchased a crop tee from UO and with none other than one of my favorites.. David Bowie! Now I'm not a HUGE fan but ever since I watched Labyrinth I loved him and when I saw it, I had to get it *hehe* Another thing I got were these Sicily Oxford heels that were being sold on nastygal.com but only in the white color. I really wanted them but they were sold out.. so I did some research and found that Kohls had them in black and taupe color.. unfortunately no white, but I still wanted them so much so I got the taupe colored ones. Black was pretty too but I have too much pairs of black heels, so I wanted to switch it up with a color of shoes I don't have. In the end I fell in love with them, especially the color. I took some pics last night when I wore them with my David Bowie tee.

Little bit more hauling of my recent purchases: I also got a purse from Pac Sun on Memorial Day weekend. My sister Rose and I went to Pac Sun and got some goodies on sale for the Memorial Day weekend sale. I got this black purse/bag that was ONLY $6. It was on sale PLUS a 50% discount so I had to buy it. I love how it has so many pockets and space, just in time for my traveling that is coming up. Right next to my new purse is my new Oxfords that are from BDG and soooo comfy. I've been meaning to get some Oxfords but most are pricey these were only $20 something on UO so I definitely got them and I'm so glad I did. Super duper comfortable ♥

Brazilian Blowout

I put gold eyeshadow in my inner eye corners and also another big thing i did yesterday was get a Brazilian Blowout. I don't know if you could notice the shine in my hair in the pictures, or my haircut.. but what the Brazilian blowout is, is a hair treatment to unfrizz and keep hair shiny and tame-able for up to 12weeks+ The treatment took about 1 hr and a half. It was a total of $166, and it included the shampoo & conditioner and haircut.
My hair feels soft and looks shiny and healthy and I definitely recommend this treatment if you have natural curly, frizzy, damaged looking hair. I have that type of hair and I always blow dry it, to make it wavy and with the pretty curls. Blow drying or any heat or chemicals/products that you put in your hair will damage it, but what can you do? I was born with curly hair and I hate it so instead of wasting all the time and energy I do to maintain it straight I decided to do the treatment. I'll be updating on how the treatment progresses and how my hair feels. I would have liked to take before and after pictures but it was one of those last minute decision things that i decided to just go and get. Don't get it wrong. Nastygal is a clothing site, actually my New Favorite! I all their clothes so much. The only problem is that their smallest size in Tops/Dresses is S no XS It really makes me sad because theres so many things I'd like to get but it wouldn't fit me as good.. I have bought one item, which is a sundress with a floral/stripe pattern. I've been meaning to take a picture of me wearing it but I keep on forgetting. I wore it today to church, I love it although the only problem is how loose fitting it is on me *tear tear* It's so difficult when you like to buy something but it won't fit. Well although they don't fit too well on my body shape I was still browsing today and I have 19 items in my Wishlist so far LOL And here are a few items:

I know everyone has their different style and what I may find pretty someone else might not but I just LOVE their style and they other things they pair a shirt or a skirt up with. The first Chiffon blouse was to DIE FOR! But I was sad to learn they have Sold Out.. and the other 3 items are actually just in

I went to church today with my sister and had a good time. I felt bad because I couldn't join them out to eat after church, but I'm glad I came back home to have lunch with my hubby. When I came home he was already making yellow rice and I cooked up some yummy chicken He also made some good mashed potatoes. I'm so lucky to have a helpful husband. We both help each other with cooking and cleaning

After lunch I finished watched Love in the Afternoon. I saw it on Netflix yesterday and I had to watch it, its one of the few of Audrey Hepburn that I hadn't watched and I'm so glad I got to finish it this afternoon because it was such a great film. Of course you can't be disappointed with Audrey, such a beauty and such talent. My favorite thing about her is the way she carried herself, such grace and charm and her voice was so pretty. I don't know why but the sound of her voice was something so beautiful.. other thing which I loved was her eyebrows. It shows all the women out there that yes, thick eyebrows are beautiful. That's why I want mine to grow out even more. I haven't tweezed or touched my eyebrows for months now..and I don't mind at all if they become thick. I have been using my eyebrow tinter to make them even more thicker

All day yesterday I was at home doing Saturday cleaning (that was much needed). Even went to the store and got some cleaning supplies. Once I finished cleaning I went on Netflix and found 2 Sophia Loren films. She's another one of my favorite actresses. But I honestly prefer her better in her native country and speaking her native language..not her American films. So the first one I saw was I Girasoli and that translates from Italian to English : Sunflower. It was such a sad film about a women who marries for love and her husband is drafted to the Army. He goes missing and she spends years trying to find him only to find that he has started a new life in another country and has forgotten her.. much more goes on in the film which is heartbreaking but just in case you want to watch it I won't spoil it. I definitely recommend it :) The second one was called Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow, this one was a little different because it was 3 mini films in one. The first story was very comical, she played the part of a mother who keeps popping out babies to avoid prison time, the second story was her playing the part of wife of a grand aristocratic man and having affairs behind his back, and the 3rd story was her playing the part of a very high-top prostitute and has a young man studying to become a priest fall in love with her. That film was good as well. Watching films of Sophia Loren leaves you with your mouth open because her beauty was so unreal.. she was so stunningly beautiful and perfect, makes you just feel jealousy lol

I have officially reached 1,000 tweets on twitter. Not that its something to blog about *hehe* But I guess it's a little bit of an accomplishment. I try and tweet as much as I can but sometimes I forget.

Originally this morning Miguel and I woke up with thoughts of going to the beach but then later on we decided we were too lazy to drive all the way there haha We ending up going to one of our favorite places to eat called Happy Fish which was funny because instead today I called it Happy feet lol I'm not sure why but I guess it was one of those brain fart things. I wore my new shirt today that I got for $4 (yes you read that correctly) F-O-U-R D-O-L-L-A-R-S!!! I found it on sale and I couldn't believe my luck when I found it even had a discount to top it off and I got it for $4. I looove getting good deals, especially on clothes. Miguel saw the shirt before I bought it and he said "Why are you buying a see-through shirt? And I responded "You wear a tank top underneath, duh!" lol *shakes head*

On another subject. I have currently been reading again, yay!! I'm currently reading The Neverending Story I remember when I was a little girl I watched the movie(s) and remember bits and pieces, but reading the book for the first time brings the memories flowing back of certain scenes in the film. Once I finish the book (which I'm almost close to finishing) I want to watch the movie again. I love re-watching films from my childhood, it brings back wonderful memories.

Since I was feeling in the "camera ~~whoring~~"... which personally I don't like that term.. not sure I guess its the word whoring.. it sounds too vulgar. So scratch that I'll just say I was in the mood in taking pictures. I was having a pretty good hair day, not ALL that great but oh well *shrugs* What I did like was my makeup. Looked really good today and I am acne-free (at the moment) so yay *knocks on wood" So I decided to take some pics on my Photobooth as well as on my digi cam. I edited the lighting with one of my favorite apps on my phone which i have NO idea what its called because its all in Chinese characters (I believe), but I know I found it under Photography category in the Apple App store under Top Free. It's such a good app and has so many more filter options than instagram. I made a collage of some of my favorites:

Tell me what you think?! I'm happy with the outfit I put together. I actually have a dress underneath my new shirt that I got on sale, Miguel got it for me yesterday and I loved how it fitted and the top part of the dress is stripes and the bottom is floral. My makeup is pretty basic. I'm wearing my liquid foundation by Neutrogena, some Maybelline mascara, and two of my new additions: Sephora brand white eyeliner (used in the inner corner of my eye) and my 1st ever lipstick I've ever bought by Lancôme in Stylista in Matte. I loved the color on Michelle Phan but when I tried it on myself in Macy's I didn't think it would look good on my complexion since I'm darker but it wasn't true. It looked really good and its the first ever lipstick I've ever used and I love it!!

Miguel's Bday and Other Happenings

He cooperated on his 23rd birthday and smiled in the pictures I teased him and said that Nobody likes him when he's 23 (hint: Blink 182 song) and he laughed
After that eventful day we had a wonderful 3 day weekend and spent it relaxing
We also have our passage bought and ready to go for Peru!! I can't believe I'm going to go traveling to South America. I am so excited We will be leaving June the 24th and coming back by July 4th by I will be using up all my vacation days and it'll be soo worth it! I will be able to meet all of my husband's family in Peru and he can show me where he grew up and his old neighborhood. Now its his turn to show me, since last summer it was New York and I showed him my old neighborhood in Brooklyn It's a long flight and I'll definitely be taking my laptop.

Happy Saturday morning Another day stuck at home At least I'm feeling a little bit more like myself, and not like a zombie Listening to music (hence the idea for my Blog title right now)..spoke to my Mommy a few minutes ago and she sounds busy and happy, which makes me happy because she wasn't all herself stuck here in Florida.. But anywho she was sad to hear that I was sick. I miss her a lot, but it seems like I miss her the most when I'm sick Miguel works today until 8 pm so its a lot of hours of me doing a whole lot of nothing at home. I cleaned yesterday and there's not much to do today.
Miguel and I are thinking of getting part-time jobs. Which I think is a great idea, we are young and in good health (well me part of the time lol) And there's nothing like more income coming into the house.

I facetimed Nessa earlier and she was with Vicky at home and I asked them to come over, so I'm just waiting for them to arrive She said she would bring Toy Story 3 along with her to watch, so I can't wait for that (geez I'm such a kid ) Anywho I'll leave this post with a favorite korean commerical I found on Youtube the other day.

Cocoroni iPhone Case Review

Here I am laying in bed, sick.. It hurts to talk, swallow, eat, and even hear anything.
I went to the doctors yesterday and he said he didn't know how I was at work yesterday because my ears are red and swollen inside and my throat looks very raw (like if someone used sandpaper on the back of my throat) Thats what the doctor said and he made me laugh.
But he told me if I get sick a lot that I should really get a primary doctor. Which I have been meaning too because I'm always getting sick, ever since I was little I always remember I went to the hospital frequently. Its just that I'm busy with work, and I feel bad because I already get too many schedule changes and then I need to find a good doctor *sigh* I guess its just people with asthma in general that are prone to get sick a lot...

I have to take two medications that are both liquid and taste disgusting .__. But, you got to do what you got to do..
I definitely can't go into work today, so Miguel just left to work and I decided to blog. I've been meaning to do a review on my cocoroni iphone case that I ordered and so I snapped some pictures of it and I'll let you know my opinion:

(1) The shipping kinda took forever to get here, which I understand its coming from S. Korea but I've got shipments from Japan much faster

(2) When I received the package this is how it looked like:

(3) And then the unwrapping (this was an exciting moment so I had to take a pic) and here is how it looks like when you dig through the box

Isn't it adorable??? I thought it looked so cute I didn't even want to open (and yes I saved the wrapping and box) It came with the case (obviously) and a screen protector (which is whats on the left side of this picture)

(4) After about 2 weeks or less of use comes the sad part..One of the things that hold the two pieces together when you snap it on broke off, so the top right hand corner of the case has a gap since it can't snap shut, other than that all the other pieces are intact and still holding on. It don't know if its the plastic that is cheap or if the first time I put it on my iPhone I snapped it on incorrectly but I'm really sad it isn't all that completely stable as an iphone protector/case... =__=;

(5) As for the design, when I saw it on the website i knew it was the one to buy because I LOVE LOVE LOVE Alice in Wonderland. This one was too cute, so I ordered it =^^=

That is how it looks when I put it on :) The front and back view. I got a cocoroni case originally because the designs were cute and best of all, IT HAS A HOLE TO ATTACH PHONE CHARMS XD The only bummer is now that I can use my phone charms, I can't find ANY of them ***tear*** So I'm on the lookout for one to get that will match my iPhone Case. I think Cocoroni should definitely sell iPhone Charms that match the case so you can buy it all on one website..

All in all I love my Cocoroni iPhone Case and although it didn't last long before a piece broke I still think the cuteness is worth it, and as i said it just may have been the first time i snapped it on. I was too excited and must have pushed it too hard :/
So don't let my review discourage you, I think everyone should at least get one. There not so expensive, mine cost $11.89 USD
I'm actually thinking of getting another one..it may be the Little Red Riding hood design ^^

The cocoroni case in the video snaps on fairly better than mine did, makes it look easy to take off and put the case back on, BUT ITS NOT!!! Mine was so hard and it took a lot of strength to pry it off one another all with the great fear of breaking it .__.

BIG NEWS! Miguel and I have moved out. We are currently (finally) living on our own Hooray! I'm so happy~!!! We went to Ikea and got our first bed and its from the Malm series..I'm not too crazy about it but I like the modern look to it..here is a snapshot :

Its not much now but i can't wait until we get more stuff and lamps to make the bedroom nicer

I have been watching this kdrama called 49 Days and omg its sooo good I love it and I haven't watched it in awhile being busy with helping my mom prepare for her trip and then the moving process. So I'm getting ready to watch me some more episodes *hehe*

Thursday Evening

Hello everyone! I apologize for not updating as much, Just surfing the web, checking my e-mail and decided a much needed update was to be submitted on here ^o^

How is everyones week so far? Mine is going TOO SLOW >_< Ugh. I want it to be the weekend already. Miguel and I are planning to go to Sea World (this will be both of our first time going) on Saturday and I can't wait XD
We haven't done something out of the norm these last couple of weekends..well I would be lying if I said out of "norm" since I did drink some Blue Moon a Saturday or two ago and boy was that a night (LOL, btw if you don't know what Blue Moon is..I suggest you commence googling) Also a little Four Loko was thrown in there...anywho..I won't go into details @_@

Well other than my last paycheck SPLURGE..well not really but I did get a couple of goodies for myself from UO. I'll post some pics of the goodies I got:

Starting from the top left hand corner is the byCORPUS Knit Keyhole Dress that fits PERFECTLY! I love how it fits and I can't wait to wear it on some special ocassion, next is my Cooperative Conversational Peter Pan Blouse, which is so super cute and Miguel said I look like a little schoolgirl wearing it lol, then follows the Lucca Couture Chiffon Scallop Short which when I wore to Sephora with my Kimchi t-strap heels; I got a compliment from the Sephora makeup sales associate and asked me where I got it ^^

Then is my Kimchi t-strap heels which I originally wanted a different version of but ended up getting these because the other Kimchi ones were $58 and these were only $23 so I had to grab it while on Sale, then is my floral socks I got on sale for $2, next follows my forever 21 goodies (which one blouse is missing, the one im currently wearing and wore to work); it is a lace oversized shirt and the floral shorts. I love the shorts but its very hard to find forever 21 blouses that fit me the way I want it to fit. There usually just too big for me since they hardly have (and I dont know if they make) XS sizes for blouses in Forever 21. Also another piece I forgot to take a pic of is the cute cardigan I got at Forever. But yeah even though the white lace oversized shirt is suppose to be oversized it doesn't fit right on me :(

Anywho onwards to the next pic is of my Sephora splurge (excuse the brightness of the pic I should have adjusted it) which was eyelashes for $8 and they look soo natural and came with the glue as well as two pieces of demi lashes ^o^, i also got the (supposedly) best brand for anything to do with eyebrows called Anastasia from Beverley Hills, a eyebrow tinter. Since my eyebrow hair hasn't been growing the way I want it too and since my eyebrows shape isn't the way it originally was (this is also for ppl who have overplucked) I decided to buy it and pay up the $28 that it cost because i tried the tester and FELL IN LOVE! It was totally worth it. Really works and makes it look like natural eyebrow hair (depending on the quick short strokes that you do to achieve the ultimate "natural" affect) so I'm in LOVE with my eyebrow tinter (i feel its so much better than a regular eyebrow pencil).
Another sephora goodie was the mini white eyeliner that was $5 and I just couldn't resist thinking of Michelle Phan and her suggestion to all girls to always carry a white eyeliner bc it really makes a difference. I used it on one eye and used it in the inner corner (like she shows in tutorials) and it definitely made my eye pop..not as much since I've been wearing my glasses for the last two weeks and not my contacts but I'm pretty sure it will be more noticeable when I start wearing contacts again and take off my glasses. @_@
Lastly would be the iphone case i ordered, designed by Cocoroni...which I'm not too happy about their service. If you look at all of their iphone cases or any cases they have designed their the Cutest and your jaw will Drop! But I ordered this case on March 28th. I didn't get a shipping confirmation until I asked for it by clicking their CONTACT US link and then they sent me the email of that shipping confirmation on Apr 13, its now the 21st and still haven't received anything as too a tracking order # ... >_>; Idk if I'm just spoiled with all my other online shipment that makes it to me pronto (even from overseas) but I feel like this just has been taking TOO long!! =___= I want my iphone case already!! Especially since its Alice in Wonderland theme and has a attachment so I can use my cute phone charms >o<' As soon as I get it in I will most definitely take pictures!

Another thing that I've been doing is little nail designs. I am currently suscribed to Bubzbeauty Youtube channel and I like the things she posts and has tutorials on. She did one of Bumble bee Nails which was soo cute that I couldn't help but go to Walgreens get the colors needed and try it myself. Here is her tutorial where I got the idea from:

Nessa and I's Idea

Ahh, haven't blogged in awhile and I'm sorry to all my readers (if I have any, anymore -__-)
Well some things have happened..I got a promotion at work (yay) so I'm really happy about that. I don't get paid extra but at least I won't be doing what everyone else does. I get to have a work messenger and have my own email from the company for Verizon, so its a step up! (You definitely know since you get access to emailing lol) But I really don't want to be stuck in this job forever... so I'm happy but I still want to find something I'll be happy doing and want to be doing for the rest of my life..and I still haven't found that... it makes me a little sad but what can you do? I don't want to go to school, wasting away and not knowing what I want to study *sigh*

On other news:

So my friend Nessa and I have been wanting to combine our love for blogging and come up with a blog where me and her will both be posting. We want to do tutorials, music recommendations, movie reviews, book reviews, cooking, clothing, fashion (at least our taste in fashion), and just a little bit of everything… blogging has become popular nowadays and me and her have been blogging since forever, so when the idea was mentioned, I said “great idea”! We still haven’t figured out what website to use for blogging. My first recommendation was tumblr because you can post anything on tumblr and its simple to use, but we still haven’t decided 100% .. I’ll still have my own tumblr and blogspot but it’ll be fun to share a blog with one of my good friends ^o^ I can’t wait for this project of ours to start and get going. Wish us luck and once we do have a blog, I’ll definitely make sure to keep everyone updated so we can have visitors and some comments/feedbacks <3

Strawberry Festival

Hello everyone!!! Hope everyone has had a great start this month. I know i have. Have got a lot of things done with and looking forward to the summer more than ever ♥ I've had such a lazy weekend, filled with many naps ^___^ hehe~~ I was feeling in the dressing up and taking pictures, mood today so I did. These were taken on my mac:

I'm wearing my high waist shorts I got some years back in Target, and my Coral (yes coral, the sales associate in UO said it wasn't red but coral lol) and its by Pins & Needles sold in UO. I was also wearing my BDG open toe heels but (obviously) you can't see them.

Then after playing dress up, I took a nap, woke up and Miguel and I decided to go to the Strawberry Festival in Plant City. Since today was the last day it was packed and you could barely walk when you got inside. I tried my first every funnel cake but it started making my tummy ache so I had to take it home and save it for later. I think it was the chicken on the stick and (so called) fried rice; very disappointing since it tasted real bad. >->; The Pina Colada along with my candy apple were good though ^--^ We only went on one ride which was a Ferris wheel. First time I've ever got on a Ferris Wheel with Miguel so it was a nice moment (a little scary since we were so high and the cart would rock every time the wheel stopped) lol But it was a nice moment all the same and had to snap some pictures:

Sunny Sunday

Today was a nice Sunday. Slow paced, sunny and all smiles ^______^ Miguel and I were going to go to the Strawberry Festival but at the end we decided not too and we ate out at Bonefish Grill and omg it was sooo so good! I really liked the whole food/plate presentation, very fancy. I've always passed by that restaurant and wondered how the food was and I'm glad I finally got to go and try some, so worth it ♥

Last weekend I watched my first movie from Thailand called A Crazy Little Thing Called Love and it now is one of my favorite movies. It was soo cute and romantic.

Stressful Long Tuesday

Just got home from work, after work Miguel and I went to eat at Louis Pappas Greek Restaurant and the salad was good for the first few bites but then got me sick to my stomach Ugh, so I ended up taking most of it home in a box. Today was busy busy at work, guessing since customers thought we were closed yesterday due to President's Day (little did they know lol). I ended up getting VTO yesterday which means Volunteer Time Off and its when there is no work to do and Super slow so they let people go home early. Which I got approved for and left at 3:15 pm (yay) I ended up visiting my mom after that and seeing the babies and then got home and took the longest nap

Over the weekend we had celebrated Selene's 1st Birthday and it was a great success! It was such a cute little party and she was super happy, the pictures came out great (and you can see them on my flickr or my facebook) I love her so much and i can't wait for her next birthday party *hehe*

Fujifilm Post & V Day Gift

On other wonderful news, I had already got my V Day Gift ahead of time (since I'm bad and I like to open gifts beforehand *blush*)
so I've been wearing it since Saturday because it is BOOT-E-FUL XD XD XD I love my Valentine's Day Gift from Miguel.
He got me a Disney Couture ring from The Little Mermaid collection and it is wonderful, it has a big faux pearl but it opens up to reveal a real pearl!! It fits perfectly and I love it! Here is a picture of me wearing it:

I am so glad Miguel is and will always be my Valentine. I love him so much and with each passing day the love grows and we learn something new about each other that will either make us mad or happy (lol) Even though we didn't get to do much yesterday and have something very romantic we still had a good time together eating dinner at Carrabba's and spending time with one another ♥ I love you Miguel! xoxo

Love is in the Air

I'm finally updating my blog (after many days that I haven't been on here), and I'm blogging from (nonetheless) my new 13' Macbook Pro. It feels so good to invest in something that is something I've been wanting for a really, really long time. I've always loved Macs, and I can't belive I'm the owner of one now...

^__^ I have yet to customize it, with cute icons. I'm glad I don't have to borrowing Miguel's anymore :)
It also feels good to reward yourself with the money you worked for. I was able to get/afford a Mac because of my tax return. ♥

This day was a wonderful day with Miguel. First we went to Happy Fish a Peruvian restaurant in Tampa and ate some good yummy food.

Then I was so lucky to find a Pollo Campero right next to Happy Fish and quickly took the opportunity to buy some chicken there because I LOVE LOVE that place. For those who don't know, Pollo Campero is the equivalent to KFC but WAY better (at least in my eyes) and Pollo Campero is rare to find here in the States. Theres one in Tampa, New York and the rest are all in Central America :p

After so much food, we went to the Tampa International Mall and got some MAJOR goodies. First I got a shirt from the Guess store, and I have never bought anything from there because nothing really catches my attention (although it does to Rose) but today in the back of the store there were things marked with a 40% discount and I couldn't help but look. First it was a beautiful striped cardigan, (but it was $78 ;--;) and then it was a striped shirt that I fell in love with and it was $30 (and I think it was worth getting, so I did)

(dont mind my belly) .__.

Then Miguel got some stuff for himself and then it was UO and I got a pair of blue shoes and a BDG wallet that was on sale:

Rihanna's Singles

So I was checking out my iPhone the other day and I realized a major no-no ... I didn't have ANY Rihanna songs on my iphone's ipod And I was in shock at myself, since I loveloveLOVE Rihanna! Almost all of her songs are great hits! So then I decided this morning the first thing I was going to download her single hits, and all day I've been in the Rihanna listening mood. A few of my favorites:

Not to mention her style, and her mv's have always been great, never a disappointment (Like Lady Gaga's Alejandro mv, boy was that a disappoint ) I was a little late on watching the Only Girl mv and finally saw it the other day and OMG do I want all of her outfits from that video, there all so cute and the scenery and the props used like the big pink rose. Also the hazy affect they used and the coloring where it looks pinkish, waa I love it!

I think she looks amazing with red hair (Miguel said he doesn't like it) But I think she pulls it off well.

Anywho onto the big news that has had me excited for the past couple of days..

Urban Outfitters staff member(s) got in contact with me the beginning of this past week and asked if the photo If I had placed on their Facebook page some time back was available for them to use in their newsletter for their upcoming issue in March that will be out in stores. And of course I did agree! They said to keep a look out in Mid-march at the stores because it will be in there. If your curious to know what picture of mine it is, its this one:

Giving in to some Shopping

Gave in to a little shopping yesterday (>.<) Miguel and I ended up going to dinner and then walk it off at the Brandon Mall. Originally we were going to shop for just Miguel but i ended up getting more things then him. I got some goodies (which I'm too lazy to take a picture of right now), but I'll describe them. First I got two sweatshirts from Forever 21 and a floral skirt with purple stretchy waistband/belt. One is just a regular beige/grayish sweatshirt the other is a Disney Vintage with Donald Duck on the front ^ㅂ^ Then went to abercrombie (No not A&F) lowercase meaning the kids store （・Ａ・） lol I know I know that might sound silly but I fit and its soooo much cheaper than the adult store Abercrombie & Fitch. So I say, if you like to save money (and like some of the clothes from A&F, bc it is very expensive) and your petite don't feel bashful and go shop at the Kids Side ^^ *hehe* And BOY was there a sale!!! There's already Winter Sale's here in Florida, (thats how long winter lasts over here) haha Well I ended up getting some more goodies there (even though its too preppy but sometimes you find really good stuff). Like what I'm currently wearing, the most warmest coziest comfortable sweatpants. And there super cute!! There red and they were literally called Cute Butt Sweatpants XD I love how the make my bum look *u* Definitely does honor to the name of the sweatpants. Onto the next item, got a hoodie, thats a sweater with a hood and zipper (just in case it gets confusing) because on the rack it said Hoodie Sale but hoodie to me is a sweater with a hood that you pull over your head and no zippers to be found, anyways so mine has a zipper and its blue (last year i had a red sweater that looks similar but it was from the PINK brand of V.S.) and its also warm and cozy and I was in need of one bc I don't have any sweaters, my red one I got one year is lost somewhere and after a couple months of wear and wash it became really old looking. So that taught me to not spend so much $$$ on a V.S. zip up sweater bc the material becomes flimsy fast, although it may be the wash but I don't think so. I take very good care of my clothing and always read the tags on new clothes to see if its hand wash, dry clean, or washer. I go by what it says, Always! And last item was a cute cardigan (I know I had to give in) its gray and the buttons are bows on the front of it XD I'd love it more if it didn't have that deer logo of a&f on the chest >_>; But still cute nonetheless and it was on sale ^^
Yesterday I played a bit of dress up (since I didn't feel good all week and looked like crap (so did my hair), yesterday finally got dressed up and prettified here is a pic:

If the top looks familiar its because its the bodysuit I got for Christmas from UO and I posted a pic of it in my Christmas Gifts post. The bottom is a ruffled black skirt that I got for sale in Marshalls. The socks are from UO and the leather heels are the same heels I wear all the time (there Roses from Bakers) ^o~ I wanted to wear some accessories like a necklace or a bangle but I realized thats what Im missing... Accessories!! I did take a glance in that section in Forever but I'm not really compelled to waste my money on accessories since I've had bad luck in the past. There cheaply made and then the silver or gold colored jewelry from those store because black so fast!!! Thats why I stick to only buying earrings and not other accessories. But maybe I'll give it another go.

All the songs are amazing on this album. My favorites though are:

Well those are my top 5 favorite tracks from this album. I definitely recommend you lend out an ear to this album.

Apart from Late Night Alumni's awesome album, received a goodie in the mail last weekend (no, nothing i ordered from online ) I got the Early Spring 2011 Catalog from Urban Outfitters (for free!) Sadly nothing in THERE is free but they had a lot of new goodies i have my eye on. Especially this COPE Illusion Dress:

Onto my health: Wayyy better, just a really nasty cough that sounds like death lol jk No but it really is a nasty cough and if I talk for 2 min or more I run out of breath so my asthma is still kinda bad

Lastly are these pumps that I'm dying for!

There $40.00 *u* I think thats a fair price (considering when they first came out I remember they were $60.00) so they have marked it down quite a bit. I don't think thats a ridiculously amount to spend on a pair of good pumps. I'm not a big fan bc I can barely walk in heels, but I really would love this pair. There super cute!!

Recovery Process 90%

I'm working on my (about) 10th cup of Gatorade And it works wonders!! Thats what the doctor prescribed for throat infection/viruses. I'm also taking some other two prescriptions for the congestion I have *tear* I'm glad I'm feeling like myself now. I was terribly sick starting from Monday. I've spent the last two days in bed recuperating so that I can finally go to work and not miss any more days. They were giving a marathon of Oliver Hardy and Stan Laurel mini films on TCM yesterday and up until today in the afternoon. Now there celebrating Luise Rainer's 101th Birthday and giving films with her starring in them. And I can't believe my luck that as we speak The Good Earth just started and it is one of my favorite novels!!!! (Of course by Pearl S. Buck) I've never seen the film but I've read the book about 3 times and I love the story set in Ancient China when a humble farmer goes thru so much hardship and at the end it does really teach you a lesson. But I'm not going to spoil anything in case anyone wants to read it. I definitely recommend it

Tomorrow is back to work day I couldn't afford to miss any more days and I have a little bit more energy then these past two days. Hopefully by tomorrow I'm 100% recovered.

New Year 2011

Happy New Year everyone!! 2011 is here and I feel very happy at the moment ^____^

Majority of the happiness comes from speaking to an old friend of mine, Nessa and speaking to her over the phone,
after so much time from not hearing from her, made me very happy! Hawaii sounds amazing
and I'd love to go visit her and a new experience a new place.

New Years Eve was spent with Rose, and Mommy. Later joined by Miguel for dinner and then Roses I lit up fireworks for the first time in
my life I burned myself about 5 times lol But it was worth it because they were super pretty ♥

We fooled around with Roses mac and took some pics:

Rose did my makeup (even though you can't see it too well), she put gray eyeliner and green eyeshadow with some other dark tone, and even
put some lipstick color that was pretty and pink I'm not a big fan of eyeshadow
and I don't like wearing it because even if its light i feel like its too much D: *tear*

We were going to go to the mall and visit Sephora but at the end it got too late and we didn't go. I know Rose and mommy went today to
the Florida Mall and Rose
sent me a picture of the cutest shirt >o<' I want it so bad!! I love the sleeves especially, in my opinion its what makes it different from an
ordinary shirt with cute images and words on it ^^

Today I also went to the mall but just the local Lakeland mall. I tried on some stuff at CR. The shirts that caught my attention:

The last one also has the french words J'adore on the side of it in gold <3 I ended up going with the red tank top
(since it was the cheapest) and plus I dont have much red shirts. The middle one was cute to pair with leggings
and a belt in the middle of it but it was a little expensive n__n

And on other news Super Mario Bros. File 1 is officially completed,
all the gold coin stars for all the levels have been collected (with the help of Emanuel as well) we did it this afternoon :3

Kirby's Epic Yarn

As you all know I got the Kirby's Epic Yarn video game for the Wii for Christmas. And I have one word for it C-U-T-E!!! ♥ ♥ ♥
I lovelovelove it! I'm up to Sweet Land and almost done to move onto the next world.

So if anyone is on the lookout for a cute game to just have a cuteness attack over, this is your game!!!

On other thoughts, New Years is coming up and I was drawn to Michelle Phan's New Years Look Video and I thought it very pretty for the special day we welcome the New Year, it is very wearable (even though I'm not a big fan of eyeshadow, I really like this look)

I just don't like the contour she makes at the end along her nasal line (or whatever that area is called) it makes her nose look fake, or not fake but as if her nose went under plastic surgery And to all Michelle Phan fans, not being mean, bc I love her makeup and tips, and I think she's pretty but that contour is not the best thing for her. Perhaps on someone with a bigger nose so it can look smaller. Her nose is fine the way it is without that contour she makes ^_^

I still don't have any plans for New Years Eve, last year was spent at Channelside but not sure whats going to happen this year round. I know I want to do all the superstitious nonsense; Like wear lucky undies (or is it red? ), and go around in circles with a suitcase so you can do lots of traveling in upcoming year, and eat grapes (yumm, thats my favorite) hehe And all the other ones, which I'm not sure what they are but it'll keep me busy lol

(Long story short, to be on the safe side I have my orders to be shipped at my sisters house *ahem* Better neighborhood) I just sent her a text but she hasn't answered :/ Hopefully it did because then that means I'll have more things to open on Christmas! yay hehe

I changed the layout to my blog to something more simple. ^__^ I'm not too crazy about it but meh..its until I find something else.
Todays day at work was super loooooooong, ahh I thought it would never be 7:30 lol But you better know it by 7:35 I was already out of that parking lot XD

Here I am, at work with nothing to do but just sit around and web surf and reading all the recent posts in my favorite blogs ^^~
I would like to design my own layout. So many wonderful cute layouts that are out there but for personal use. I still havent found the one layout on blogskin.com that really pops out. The ones that do are already in use ;__; That's the problem with public layouts that are up for grabs --__--
I was reading one of my old friends blog that I stumbled upon (ahem) and I realized how much I miss her. Girlfriends are always nice to have but once you really dedicate and take your relationship seriously it's kind of hard to keep up with girlfriends and I know that might sound selfish but it's what I believe to be the truth, that's my opinion. Regardless of that I may miss old friends but I believe in true love and soulmates and I know in my heart and my whole being that I found him. ^__^

Anyhow I don't know how this post ended up being so mushy lol On a yummy note today was our Christmas dinner at work and it was super good! BBQ chicken with beans, salad, bread roll and coleslaw ^^ I ate it all Plus a chocolate cake yumm

I've been talking a lot to a co worker of mine by the name of Jessica, she was in the same training class as me and we are in the same team. She is super Southern lol But we get a long pretty well and she tells me about her son and her family. And I tell her things that are bothering me or currently going on. Shes always saying how funny and cute I am ^o^ hehe
Ah I'm so glad I got some food that was left over to take home to Miguel, just hope he hasn't ate dinner yet >_<
I found an old beach picture of Yoshi and I and I decided to put it as my profile pic on Facebook. I'm getting better on that, I am able to look at a picture of him an not cry like I use too. It will almost be a year that he has left us to go to doggy heaven and I miss him everyday that passes. I know now he is in a better place and we will be reunited again <3 ^___^

This morning I finally got around to going to Daydream Spa in Lakeside Village to purchase my moms Christmas gift. I customized her spa package and it includes a neck and back massage, aromatherapy facial and something called a "youth renewing" manicure ;D
Since she's so picky there is No Way she can complain about a spa treatment. Especially at that location, it's been voted best spa 6 years in a row. And there's one here in Lakeland and Brandon. ^^*

I can't wait to spend time with her on Friday and then hopefully Sunday she will join me to spend it at Miguels house <3

Holiday GIFTS

This past weekend I had finished all my Christmas shopping *whew* I'm glad because the mall is hectic I got Miguel a PSP Go (the newest PSP) along with his first game for it, Assassins Creed. I also got him a pair of shoes that he fell in love with. I'm getting my mom a spa package at Day Dream Spa, I got Rose a Victoria Secret gift card, and lastly Miguels mom was a perfume & lotion set from V.S.

I know miguel got me the new Kirby Epic Yarn game for the Wii and also paid for my wishlist i had created on Urbanoutfitters.com, that won't be arriving by Christmas but as soon as it does, I'll take pictures of the goodies ♥

Work has been work, and pretty much thats all there is. No play for now because that will come later on, when Miguel & I have a place to call our own. (I can't wait XD)

I hacked my iPhone just a day or two ago and I was trying to look for some cute themes for it but couldn't find any worth putting up --__--; So I decided to see if there was a site where you can easily make iphone themes. It isn't free but I figured 0.99 cents won't hurt my bank account so much, and boy did I find out how much it was worth it:

He does state his art is only for personal use and not to redistribute so I don't want everyone downloading the themes just yet until i get permission to make it public. :(

Holiday Dresses

Well, since I tried my hand at entering a fashion giveaway contest for an Ali Ro black sequin dress and did not end up winning lol I decided it was time to keep an eye out for my holiday dresses (of course there has to be one for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve). Okay, maybe not Christmas because you spend all day with your pj's anyways, at least I do lol

But for the other two holidays, definitely will be dressing up. Thrift store shopping with my mom this afternoon and tried on a couple I found nice:

The first one didn't fit me all too well in the chest area

The second one fit perfectly and even though in the picture the bottom looks a navy color it is all black in person. I ended up getting it because it was only $14!!!

The last one was super cute! I love bubble dresses and this was definitely bubble, the only thing was the deep V-neck, and it was kinda loose (once again) in that area

So I ended up going with the lace black dress (2nd one). This is my first "little black dress". I'm excited about pairing it up with accessories and some heels, I'm not sure if I should wear it with my black heart stockings. I'm not sure if they'll go with it. Some advice is needed here!!! >_<;

Cold Weather!

It's felt weird all day since the time changed. Good thing about it though, is that I've catched up onA LOT of sleep (yay) I seriously needed it since Friday I worked a 12 hr shift *rolls over and dies* (yikes) That was really brave of me, but it was either that or miss out many hours on my next paycheck, and I can't afford that *tears*
I love getting my $$$ *hehe*

Over the weekend I got quite some goodies from one of my favorite online shops. A ruffled long sleeve shirt, pretty plain but super cute when paired up with something nice. I already feel like I'm going to be getting a gray and black once since I got a white one:

Plus a 10% discount since its the online store's anniversary hooray!**

I still haven't got my iPhone Little Twin Star Case I bought the other day. I get really impatient while waiting for my goodies from online shopping to arrive. Its the good/bad thing about online shopping. When it arrives it makes your day and then to see if it looks just like it does online *bleh* >_<

Lets see..what else happened this weekend, nothing but cold cold cold weather!!! Miguel and I got some comforters and sweatpants (AND) got me some Hello Kitty slippers that are super warm and cute! (Which I tweeted about)
I got me a Pumpkin Spice Latte and had about two sips when Miguel spilt it all over the carpet But I forgave him, he rarely is clumsy. I'm the clumsier one in the relationship so I was like "meh" Although I did steal two bites from his chipotle chicken sandwich from Starbucks (which was gooood, but too expensive >_>);

I've been on the hunt for more cute iphone cases and I've found many on ebay but there mostly for the new iphone 4 and I have the 3gs XO I would like one that has a phone strap attached. If theres one thing I miss, its the phone strap *tears*
Yesterdays outfit was nice, I must say. I am happy with the outfit I put together. A simple black shirt with my wool trouser shorts from UO and black heart stockings and heels. Here is a picture of my bottom half:

Beginning of a New Month

The ending of October really sucked for me
I was really hoping to have October's last weekend as my birthday/Halloween celebration weekend but it ended up being the worse weekend I've had.
I ended up getting sick on Friday and just until Yesterday, I Finally got better (thank God) I couldn't go anywhere on Halloween because I was to sick. I didn't even get to wear my Halloween costume out, only to take pictures on Saturday night with Miguel. Here is one of the pictures:

The only good thing about this weekend was that this Sunday, I finally got my birthday present from Miguel (aside from the surprise birthday party when I came home from work last Wednesday), he got me a iPhone and I really wanted the Palm Pre smartphone from AT&T. but at the end I was convinced that the Iphone would be the better choice. I'm still trying it out for 30 days then if I still don't like it i can bring it back. But so far I'm in ♥ with it!!! I even already got a cute iphone case! Originally I wanted the Ice Cream Rilakkuma one:

Ever since I was little and I watched the movie Ghost and I saw the aparment where they lived, I fell in love with those types of apartments and I've always wondered what were they called.
Now that I'm a HGTV freak (lol) I know that there lofts, and just yesterday, driving through downtown, Miguel and I passed a nice little building on the corner across Munn Park and they were lofts!! I wanted to go have a closer look and get out out the car but we had things to do so I couldn't ;__;
Instead I looked it up on Google and found out that they are indeed lofts in Lakeland and they seem to be beautiful (too bad they didn't have pictures of the inside), but I wonder if there for rent or do you have to buy them? :/

Birthday Wishes

Hello everyone!
So as you know (well probably not lol) anyways, I turn 21 on October the 27th o_o; Here in America that is a big deal since it is the legal age to drink. However, since I've never been much of a drinker, or have been drunk I'm not that crazy over it. I would like to go to a club, but not just the regular old club in Ybor that S-U-C-K! I'd like to go to a techno club, one that is highly recommended and (doesn't look tacky on the inside), with perfect lighting and just the right music to get your dance on lol
Now I have received the custom made dress I ordered some weeks back (the white ruffle one) which I have a picture of me wearing it on some previous posts back ^^

I already wore it and I was thinking of re-wearing it the weekend of my birthday but Miguel said something about how am I going to wear the same dress I wore the day of our photoshoot. Waiting for Episode 9 to come out for Playful kiss, what i need right now is some good kdrama watching to get my mind off things. I'm so glad I work my normal shift this week, I've been so tired *o* Working ten hour shifts and then this past wed. I worked from 10:30 a.m to 9 p.m. Ridiculous!
But I'm getting my money which makes me happy ^^

My contract already ended and I'm thinking if I should get a phone that I can actually have fun with. I love my Lollipop (don't get me wrong) but I'm bored of it already. I can't get web access on it, can't receive picture messaging and the video calls it does in Asia can't be done here
So I don't know if I should upgrade. I was thinking of a smart phone, but Miguel says that would bring up the phone bill *tears*

Playful Kiss!!!!!!!!

If you haven't seen Playful Kiss, stop dawdling around and go watch it now!! It's amazingly good, its so good that even Miguel can't help but watch it (some scenes haha) :p

Anywho I found it on Mysoju, and then found the HD quality version on Hulu.com and watched the 4 first episodes there but Vikki has Ep 5 & 6 uploaded already so I watched the rest on there. Ahh now waiting for Episode 7 to come out It stopped at such a suspenseful spot *jumps up and down*

Other news, I ordered some cute overalls (including shipping) for only $23.00!! I think thats a deal, considering there from American Apparel and they tend to be overpriced. I heard its because their going bankrupted and they might not exist any longer (oh no's!) On the good side there going to be having a lot of sales. Like the overalls I got were 50% off! Pout Perfume Bohemian Belle

I just recently have been using my lotion I bought some time back called Pout Bohemian Belle that I had purchased at a Victoria's Secret Annual Sale, and I remember getting the perfume and lotion on sale. The perfume even came in a cute little bottle with a charm on it. I had forgotten how much I had loved the smell of that perfume. I've tried asking all the Victoria Secrets to see if they still carry this brand of perfume (which I currently found out its limited and from Europe) and none of them carry it anymore. Unfortunately the only place its sold is online and the price is ridiculous, I had bought it on sale for ten bucks, and online its 69.99 and not even the retail price was that much, it was around 60.00 >_>
I really want that perfume again, I'm not sure if its worth it. If I would have known that it was a rare limited edition I would have bought more bottles when I saw them there on sale in V.S. I know that Rose even bought a bottle because she loved the smell as well. It has a unique fragrance and I'm thinking of getting it again :o

I'm glad I at least saved the bottle, cause its super cute. And at least I have a little lotion left D:

From the help of a fellow blogger, I was able to achieve what effect I've been wanting on my photos, a soft vintage look.
I got my package this week from UO and I decided to play dress up and take pictures of my outfit.
Originally I was wearing my high waisted black shorts with the shoes,socks, and shirt, but at the end of the night Idk what made me put on my polka dot skirt :o But I think it didn't turn out too bad with that combo :D *hehe*

Dreams of a Wedding Dress...

Now that I am engaged, I am guessing its time for me to start thinking of my wedding and how its going to be...

First off, the location will definitely be in a beautiful garden, with a willow tree, probably underneath one, with a nearby pond that will have beautiful flowers surrounding it, a field off in the distance with wonderful wild flowers

Second my dress will be Betsey Johnson, it just has to be, or if not I wouldn't mind this dress:

It may not be much, but I think there both adorable and i like the style they both have with the flowing layer and then tight underneath

Thirdly, theme will be simple, cute, and very garden-y ♥__♥

On other news, something very unlucky happened to me about a week ago. Okay well I had ordered some things off my wishlist from UO (Urban Outfitters: my current obsession clothing store ) When about a week later that I ordered I decided to check the status of my shipping on UPS.com, well I go check last weekend and it showed that UPS delivered it on the 19th of August at 4:05 p.m. to my Front Door! Well I became very sad and frustrated because I never received ANY package! I checked with everyone and wasn't able to call UPS since it was a Sunday, I looked all around the house and no one was here at that time to have had received the package so I was completely devastated.
I had to wait until the next morning and I called UPS, well they told me the same thing I had seen on the website and told me to contact the Shipper who would be UO, and so I did and the lady who picked up was very laid back and told me that it would be fine, sometimes the option of shipping that just says UPS Basic means that they only try one time and if no one is there they leave it at the front door or somewhere around the house. Which is completely irresponsible on their part because ANYONE walking by can see the big box with the words URBAN OUTFITTERS written all over it and take it and leave, regardless of it saying words or anything, anyone (evil enough) would take a random package left at someones front door with no cars in the driveway..especially if its in a "not so good" neighborhood But anywho, the lady said that she can just reship it and have it sent to another address that I would feel it safer arriving or have a refund. So since at that time I was still a little scared of shipment, I decided to have my money back, and so 2 days later I had my refund sitting in my checkings account (hooray for me)!! For a minute there I had thought that I would have to file a complaint or something, and I wasn't up for that, but luckily everything ended well and UO was a lifesaver!! (Makes me love them even more now *hehe*) So from now on I'm going to pay a little extra for my shipment because you never know!
I ended up ordering some of the items I had ordered in my previous order but this time I got USPS (United States Postal Service) and its Express/Priority, paid a little extra for it, but I got 5 items and its worth it, I also got it shipped to my sisters house since before all my UO packages would arrive there and I never had a problem, so I re-ordered it to that address. It should be arriving in the beginning of this week and I can't wait I got the Lucca pants, and the Ruffle Bodysuit, black heart stockings/tights, sheer ivory ankle socks, and as well as a floral sweatshirt with C'est La Vie on the front. There having a lot of good sale items in UO and I got the majority of my clothing there. I also want to order some $6.99 Gold knot sandals, there so cute and it was in my first order they had screwed up. My thought is that someone stole it off my front porch and probably some random girl in my neighborhood is wearing the clothes I had ordered, so I'm always on the lookout to see if I see anything I had ordered (there were 5 items in there, clothing and the pair of sandals) so I'm always looking around in the streets to see if I can find an article of clothing that I had ordered. *sigh* Ahh but I should stop lol I got my money back and thats that! But I hate UPS now *grumble grumble*

I have ordered some things off the wish-list I made a couple entries back. I got the Blue Lace Cardigan that I wanted and the phone charms from strapya-world.com
What I have also been doing is trying to customize the icons on the Mac. And I finally have finished!!! Credit goes to the artist whom I so love from Thailand. I wish I could meet him and buy one of his artworks X3 I already sent him a message on his wall through Facebook and he replied back (yay) :3

Final At Work

I ended up passing all my quizzes with 100% and today's final I passed with a 98%, I was really aiming for a 100 but unfortunately I missed a true/false question >_<; Bleh..Other than that, we recorded our greetings and had a potluck. (yumm)
Yesterday I got paid, I couldn't go to sleep, so I ended up doing a little online shopping before I went to bed. I ended up getting the bell charm for my phone that is the Mount Fuji-kun character (Got the blue one), and squishy stickers that are also Mount Fuji-kun, and I ended up getting the Mikan triplets phone charm in pink :)

Miguel got Starcraft and he's a happy camper, when we were at Walmart getting Starcraft 2, I saw the cell phone display there, and guess what I see there???? The LG LOLLIPOP!!! It was the blue one and it was a sample display, but I couldn't believe it... >_< After all the trouble I went through to see if it would work in the United States and if it had to be hacked and so it was like a slap in the face when I saw it there...at Walmart! >_>; I was so bummed out and now I won't have the unique "cute" phone, now people will just think "Oh she got that at Walmart" :( Miguel said I'm making a big deal, but I don't think so ... =__=; I really wasn't expecting the Lollipop to be released here.. *sniffle* Anyways its with T-mobile, and its called the LG D'lite, they even changed the name of it here. I heard they also took out a lot of the original features it has, like the internal camera. I am really curious to see one on and compare it to my original one. I think I'll head to the T-mobile store. The blue one I saw at Walmart felt different than mine, and the LG logo inside under the screen didn't say LG, but T-mobile. Miguel was like "Well at least you know yours is the original from Korea and has the LG Logo and not T-mobile", which is true and it made me feel better :D I just hope the Lg Lollipop 2 doesn't come to T-mobile in the future. I don't want to be around this town and see everyone with the same phone as me :( If I wanted that, then I would have got just a regular American phone that everyone else has. I'm really bummed, and maybe that sounds selfish, but after what I went through to get my Korean phone, it just isn't fair (;___;)

Future Wishlist

Another item I can't stop thinking about is this lace pastel loose-fitted cardigan ^o^ I think its super cute and I want it so bad >_<

This skirt is also cute, but my polka dotted blue & white one looks similar to it :/
Even though the fitting of this one is more pencil-skirt type, I think it would be appropriate to wear for work environment

This weekend was great!! We watched the movie Inception, Friday night and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, it has definitely become one of my favorites!!! It felt so good to sleep in Saturday morning and just be lazy after a long week of work Last night we went and picked up Eliana from the airport since she came back from her trip to Europe this summer. She got me a cute gray laced scarf from Greece and I absolutely love it!! I'll take pics and post them later ♥ Today I went to church with my mom and then for lunch we went with Miguel's family to Lings Buffet

I was watching some Asian dramas and then I was reminded of this fish shaped cakes that have filling inside that looks so yummy and decided to google it. So I found some images that made me hungry *o*

Korean Version (I'm guessing) of Taiyaki, except this one seems to be ice cream flavored, and the filling inside is cream and the outside taste just like an Ice cream cone :o

Mmm...makes me want to make some. Apparently you make it was pancake batter and pour it into a fish molding, then the fillings you put in can be of your choice. Red bean paste, Custard, Chocolate, or Cheese.

I'd like to buy one sometime in the near future and make some Taiyaki. It's only $25.50 on Amazon

Last Thursday, July 8th, 2010, Miguel and I had a wonderful dinner in Tampa at a restaurant called Gallagher's I had not even the slightest inkling that he would propose and so I wasn't prepared and didn't bring my digi camera :( But I did manage to take some pics with my cell phone. ^__^ So here are some of my engagement night:

When he proposed, we had just left Gallagher's and we were walking on the balcony with lights all around us and he told me to take a pic with my phone and right after I took the one (that I just uploaded on here) he said something and I don't even remember because all I remember is him getting down on one knee and taking out the ring and I started to cry and hug and kiss him. I love him with all my heart and my chest was just bursting with so much love for him. I said Yes!!! And he picked me up while hugging me. It was the best night of my life ♥ And afterwards we left Tampa (got lost) lol Finally managed to get onto I-4 and head on home.
And thats the update about my engagement! I am so super happy!!! I hope everyone has been good and have a safe wonderful day!!!

Currently watching the Brazil vs. Holland game with Miguel and his friends. I'm kinda sleepy *o*
I was watching The Machinist last night w/him but it was getting late and I had to be home so I couldn't finish it >o<' But so far its really good..(and scary), o__o; Its one of those psychological movies and to top it off the background music has to be even scarier (>_>;)

I was on my heartit and I found very cute images. One of them I decided to use as wallpaper. For now I can use bluetooth to transfer images from the Mac to my phone, but I can't xfer images taken from my phone to the computer *pout* Its a little irritating now >__<'

Eye shadow anyone?

I recieved some good news on the one (thing) I've been waiting on, and hopefully I'll know for sure on/after July 8th, then I can blog about it. Another thing I'm crossing my fingers on is applying at Pac Sun. I talked with the one of the assistant managers and I already got to know many of them through Kiara (whose also put in a good word for me). And I really wouldn't mind working there for a little part-time job on the side. Something for the weekends or evenings.

My Pink Lollipop

I did get to tweet about my BIG news; but I decided it was time for me to blog about it because I can't be more happier than I am now with my new LG Lollipop (1st Generation), that Miguel got me when we were in N.Y. (to be more specific; Chinatown) I (of course) got it in Pink, and the Taiwanese mobile seller sold it to me for less than $250 (I'll just leave it at that); don't want to be too specific on the price for now *o* I have been using it for two weeks now and no problems (knock on wood). Since the carrier I've had and currently have is AT&T, I was able to use it with the LG Lollipop since its only SIM approved. Of course it has been unlocked to be used in the U.S. and I had some places where I didn't get signal in N.Y. but so far here in Florida AND N.Y. its been in fine working conditions. Both texting and calling. ^o^ The only thing I haven't been able to work around is installing the LG PC Suite so I can transfer my images and videos I've taken with my phone to the PC. D:

Brooklyn Wanderings

Ahh I am so glad to be laying in bed right now. My feet are aching. But I had a greeeeaaat time with Miguel; showing him around my hometown. Took him to 5th ave. really early this morning so we can catch some of the Honduras vs. Chile game. Afterwards went to 8th ave and found cute cute clothing stores ♥ Found this skirt for only $9!!!!

Is that a deal or what???!!! lol The lady wanted to sell me a dress along with it and was going to give me 10%. But I tried on the dress and it didn't fit all that great :o
Today we might go for dinner at the Shake Shack and go around (some) of the Manhattan area ^o^
We got to go to Park Slope yesterday and I showed Miguel the hospital I was born in (Methodist Hospital) and then we went over the the Brooklyn Public Library near the Botanical Gardens. ♥___♥

Fast Day

This day has gone by so quickly, one moment its 9 a.m. then the next I look, its 6:30 p.m. I've been watching the Fifa World Cup w/Miguel all day and today has consisted of on/off naps filled with heat and sweaty-ness (yuck). The heat is so intense that even with the a/c on you can feel it I'm scared of going back home because I know my mom is upset with me...
I just find it so unfair how every day I do her favors, and the one day where I just want to chill out with my boyfriend and be lazy she wants me to do her a favor. Its so stressful. Sometimes I think its because of that, that I have had a bad ~~breakout~~. My head hurts ;__;
Tomorrow I have to have my things packed and ready so we can not be doing last minute things on Monday D: I can't believe that we are leaving Monday to N.Y. Wow, time does fly by~!!! I am so happy and excited!!!

Cinderella's Sister

I hate the feeling of finishing a good kdrama I finished watching Personal Preference today and I wish it was longer *pout* But I l-o-v-e-d the ending. Super cute ♥ So since I've been hearing a lot about Cinderella's Sister, I decided to start watching it and I'm surprised of how fast I got into it :o

On other news, I changed my layout. Found this cute one and decided to go with it. Even though the writing area is thin, I like having more width since I upload pics and write a lot (most of the time). I also changed my smilies on my tagboard, so go use them and check them out every-time you tag :p

Miguel and I were watching the Travel Channel and they were giving a show on which city has the Better Pizza. Chicago or N.Y....and all I have to say about that is: PUH LEASSSEEE! That isn't even a competition, Chicago pizza isn't even on the same Level as N.Y's...smh

New York Here We Come!!

Ahhh!!! I can't be more excited than today XD Miguel and I went to go get our tickets for our N.Y. Vacation ♥ yay!!! So there is no turning back now, we are definitely going to New York. We leave on the 14th of June and we are going to be over there for a week. ^o^ We still have to figure out where we are staying at over there and hopefully we can crash at one of my friends house over there. If not then we are going to have to find a Hotel to stay at (eek @_@) lol But we are both so excited. I haven't been to my home sweet home since 2007 and this will be Miguel's first time. Can't wait to show him my hometown and I'm sure he'll fall in love with N.Y. ♥ ♥ ♥

^____^ Hmm...nothing really to update. Just spending my days with Miguel and we've been having wonderful days together.
I've also started to go to church with my mom. :)

There are soooo much clothes that i want lol (I can't get enough of clothes). There's also a pair of awesome boots at Hot Topic and its their last pair and its my size :3 Ahh I want them so bad! I also tried on the coolest jean vest and jeggings and I had to take pics in the fitting room. I'll post the pics on my next entry. :3

I'm going to have to get a calling card, so I can call my mom in Guatemala. I miss her so much

Yesterday I went to the beach with Miguel. It was a last minute decision and I'm glad we went because the water was great!!! I have been taking my medications, so that made things complicated but he drove on the way there and the way back so I'm very grateful for that Not to mention the food that I was treated too. Yumm~~^^ I even buried him in the sand and that was fun lol

I hate how this medication makes me so drowsy i hope my infection goes away fast...

Morning Glory

I remember when I lived in N.Y., my sister and I would go to these cute korean stores with Morning Glory stationery. Of course I was so naive back then, I didn't even realize that Morning Glory characters or that Morning Glory itself was Korean but now that I look back I know it was. Blue Bear, and Babu the Little Puppy are one of my favorites I can't wait to go back this summer. I'm definitely going to get me some cute stationery items in Brooklyn's Chinatown. ^o^ These days have been filled with so much happiness ♥ I'm so glad I'm spending everyday with Miguel.

On other news; I passed my classes with a B! Yay!! I'm so happy. ^^ For a minute there I thought I would fail Composition, but since I did my presentation on Monday everything went smoothly. Thanks to Miguel who made the powerpoint presentation *hehe* On top of that i got a 92-A on my Research Paper on dogfighting, well the credit should actually go to Miguel who wrote it for me @_@ lol I really want to take summer classes so I can avoid my moms frustration if I don't, but I don't have enough $. I think I'm going to call her today and let her know. That way I can take at least 1 or 2 to get them out of the way...

I've also started a new anime series (well its not New), but I remember 2 years back I saw the Live Action japanese movie on this anime. It's called Lovely Complex or also known by: Love★Com And it is so kawaii not to mention Funny lol I loove it! I'm up to episode 5 already and I started it yesterday~♥

Jules et Jim

Definitely a french classic drama masterpiece! Jules et Jim, the story of two male friends who fall in love with the same women. Just finished watching it on netflix and I must say..It is now down as one of my top favorites

I recommend this film if your into foreign classic films (like me!) Oh and I also watched La Strada, an Italian classic drama film, made in 1954.
Very very tragic. Cried a lot, really messed up story-line, but you just can't help but keep watching. True sadness right when the film ends

Godfather on the Xbox

Curious to know what my favorite Muppet character is?

Yess its Animal! lol :D He's one of the craziest muppets in the old show I use to watch as a kid, The Muppet Show and he's the drummer in the hippie band ♥
And its my favorite pajama shirt to wear, along w/my Disney shorts (but unfortunately you can't see it in the picture ;__;)

Today was a good day! Started out well and ended well, and everything in between was great as well ^o^
I picked up Kiara from school after I got out of class and our goodies had arrived (well more like her goodies lol) And everything that she ordered from Urban Outfitters fitted perfectly! So we were both relieved with that (because if theres one annoying thing, its returning things you have ordered online). Then we took some silly pics in my room and I dropped her off home :D

Afterwards, I hanged out with Miguel and we went to eat at Las Dos Islas (which I've never been a big fan of, but oh well), anywho the food wasn't good at all and we were very disappointed =___=;;

I've started to watch this new anime that James recommended to me on Saturday night. Its called Durarara!! デュラララ!! I'm up to episode 3, currently watching it on crunchyroll.com. They have all the episodes uploaded on there if anyone is interested ^_^

On other news, I turned in my Research paper today. *sigh* Finally glad thats over and done with ^^ I found a lot of old friends from Brooklyn today on Facebook, I hope they all remember me.
I've been having this killer headache all evening and it has just been getting worse and worse =_=; I feel as if its a migraine now *tear* I did my History h.w. and have been watching Miguel play The Godfather game on the xbox. I'm glad I got it for him for our anniversary present. Which reminds me that next month on the 16th is (finally) our 2 year anniversary :o Can't believe its been so long. I'm so happy that its our year anniversary coming up. So many things have happened but in the end we both have learned and changed a lot. I love him with all my heart. We both know we can't live without one another. ♥

So the day is almost at hand, the dreaded day when our Research Papers in Composition II are finally due o__o; And all i have done is the rough draft, still need to find more sources and fix it here and there =__=; Ugh. What a draaag

Yesterday I wore my new pants from Pac Sun ^o^ But sadly I just wore them home all day since I had no where to go too..>_>;
Well we did go to Jo To's Japanese Steakhouse for dinner; With Christian & Liz @_____@ But that was ........well rather not comment on that. The main point is that I ate good food and I was full ♥

Well Idk about it being new...but I just heard of it being released in Korea and ahhh I wish I could go to Korea to buy it (;__;)
I like it better than the Ice Cream and the 1st generation Lollipop. *sigh*

It is a little silly to buy the LG Ice Cream (Off ebay its really expensive) and the features would be so limited since it will be a foreign phone. We went to AT&T the other day and Miguel really liked this phone for me: Pantech Impact Pink I think its a cute keyboard phone, but I just don't like the front of it that much :/

$5 Urban Sale

There's a $5 Sale on Urban Outfitters.com. So I decided to take a look and found many goodies. Unfortunately many goodies were sold out in my size ;__;
But I managed to get these shorts:

a tank top w/sequins. ^___^ I want to dress up the shorts just like the girl in the pic did. Wear black sheer stockings and a oversized sweatshirt with some cute shoes.
The striped sequin tank top I ordered in an XS and by reading the reviews I'm pretty sure that it'll fit like a dress (as the girl in the photo is wearing it). I can also dress it down with some jean shorts like the other girl wears it in another picture. Good to wear as a dress w/heels for a night going out or during the day w/shorts. Reviews said its see-through, so I'll have to wear a black tank or tube top underneath. :o

Thats it for the goodies I got, hopefully it'll arrive soon ♥

Good & Bad Weekend

Weekend started out bad but by the end of last night it turned completely around and I felt much better ♥
Kiara's birthday was yesterday and Saturday night we took her out to Tampa. Saturday afternoon was spent all in the search of the right outfit for her to wear and finally we found the best outfit for her to put on. Elizabeth did her hair and makeup and she looked great!

I'm babysitting Selene right now until Rose gets back from errands. I was thinking if I should get either a toy camera, cell phone, or laptop. I'm a little depressed on how much is in my bank account now compared to when I got my income tax $. I had to pay for the old phone to be reconnected (which was a waste), I'm paying $ out of my income tax to pay for the electricity bill at my moms place and I had to pay a ridiculous amount of money for my eye exam And the registration for my car. Not to mention I still have to pay for my contacts when they arrive. >__>;

Monday night was the best way to start out the week! I had one of the best nights ever! Not that I went out anywhere. Just Best Buy and Winn Dixie lol but I spent it with Miguel and I had a great time with him ♥
At Best Buy he spent a lot of $$$ on movies and got me one too!
He bought me Ponyo! XD I saw it and had a cuteness overload ^o^ Such a cute movie! I loved it so much. I'm so happy that I own it lol Ahh I feel like a little kid x__x
I didn't get to see him today but tomorrow I definitely will ♥

Clogged

My bathtub is clogged up ;__; Just went to Lowe's and got me a De-clogger for the drain and some cleaning supplies for the bathtub because it is yucky ;__;
Got some heavy duty stuff, I hope it works

Today went to class and we had some stuff due that I didn't get done >__>;
Luckily she's giving us an extra day to get our Notebooks organized and then I can turn it in on Wednesday and get a good grade *sweatdrop* Sheesh, what a relief!!! :D

I also have to get started on my American History paper thats due on Thursday. Bleh. Really don't want to write a paper on the Boston Massacre =__=;

Anyways the weather sure is nice today though. I'm taking advantage and wearing shorts and a tank top ^____________^ *hehe* I ♥ springtime!!

I finally got in my sunglasses that I ordered from Urban Outfitters.
I'm so happy I found the Lisa Leopard flat top sunglasses that I wanted for only $10 on Urbanoutfitters.com
I love how they fit and they make me feel cool @_@ lol (how lame I am)

I also got my Radiohead tee that I ordered from Urban. Its so comfy and loose fitting, does have a low neckline >__>; but I wore a tank top underneath and it's good to go! It'll be a good shirt to wear to the beach with my bathing suit underneath ^o^

Vanilla Iced Coffee

Yumm! Thanks to Babu who bought me Mcdonalds breakfast this morning ^o^ I got me an Iced Vanilla Coffee. And its so so good lol
My right eye has been bothering me for 2 weeks now I think its because I've been re-using the same contacts for a while now >__< So I made an appointment today to go see the Eye Doctor and tomorrow my eye exam appt is at 1:45 Then I can re-order new contacts (yay)
I'm always scared of my eye exams because I dread hearing if my vision has got worse or has stayed the same, or has got better... I hope it has not gotten worse ;__;

Today I babysit Selene all day. Rose has to run errands so I'll be home taking care of her. Which I don't mind...haven't taken care of her in a while and I miss her <3
Sunday, Babu and I didn't get to go to the beach since it was raining, but everyone else did and drove all the way to Saint Augustine to get rained on So I'm glad we didn't go lol Instead we went to Tampa and had lunch there. ^___________^

Yesterday I took some photos with my new shirt that Babu got me at Forever 21, along with the necklace he got me there too. You can't see it fully but it has an anchor, rope and flower intertwined on the shirt, and my necklace has a cute Eiffel tower charm with the words Paris on it ^o^
